    **** I purchased a SCR-**** beverage coooler recently,only TO DISCOCER THE THERMOSTAT WAS ON THE BOTTOM OF UNIT,NOT TOP.IT COULD GET WET FROM THE RAIN,AS ITS IN MY NEWSSTAND,NEAR THE SDEWALK.*********** CAME BY AND APPLIED TAPE AROUND IT.ALSO,****************************** WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH A PROBLEM I HAD WITH THE **** TO LOCK THE UNIT.THANKS GUYS--** ***** AND ****--SUMMIT GETS 5 STARS FOR EXCELLENCE IN FOLLOW THRU.THANK YOU.

    I contacted the parts department to order a replacement ice maker ice cube drawer after ours was dropped and cracked. ****************** assisted me and was very helpful and informative in filling my order. I am to expect delivery in 3-5 days.

    I needed help with a replacement handle on a Summit unit and Ulyssa in customer service was so great to work with! First, she shipped out replacement screws but those ended up being the wrong size. She then arranged to have a new door shipped out under warranty so that the client could get a new handle altogether! All handled within a timely manner. Thanks, ******!

    A little over a year ago, we remodeled our kitchen and needed a smaller version with counter depth. The Summit refrigerator was the only one that met out dimension requirements. A few weeks ago, we noticed that there was ice building up underneath the lower freezer compartment. I found a number for Summit technical support and spoke to ******. He took the time to walk me through the process on how to correct the cause of the ice building up. He even went to find someone at his location who had a I-phone so that we could FaceTime each other to insure I was making the needed correction. I feel sure this would have been an expensive repair if I would have called a repair technician since the refrigerator was beyond the one year warranty period. ****** took personal interest in my refrigerator issue and resolved the problem. ****** should be rewarded for his efforts to keep Summit customers happy. Thank You ******!!!
