    *************************** is an asset to this business. She helped me order parts and then days later when my repair guy insisted he would not come out without part #s I called **** and she looked each up...they were not on an invoice?? And sent them to me in an email. So refreshing to come across a person who takes time to help these days!!! Managing trainer material!!!

    I purchased a specialty sized refrigerator due to **************** we had for our daughter, who was in a wheelchair. In January the light inside the refrigerator started blinking and we ordered a replacement. I was sent the incorrect replacement part and was asked to take a picture of the part I was sent and the actual part that needed replacing. On February 24th I was emailed, apologizing for the error & told they would send me the correct one - but it was on backorder. It's June 12th and I have tried calling multiple times - today I was on hold for 1 hour 44 minutes before I gave up. I still don't have the correct replacement part nor a refund for the original incorrect part I had to pay extra for shipping. Very frustrated & disappointed.

    Hi, sorry, but there's a production delay with no real ETA that we can share with you. We had not processed a refund thinking we were going to get this LED light in a timely fashion and was going to ship overnight to you but unfortunately this has not been the case. We have process a refund and when the LED becomes available we will supply free of charge.

    I bought a Summit refrigerator about two years ago and it turned out that the freezer wasnt working. I called to find out if there is something that I could do to repair it. I was transferred to the repair department where I explained my problem. ****** walked me through how to it. I was very thankful because I live on an island and its not that easy to get a repair person to come fix things. Thanks ****** for your patience and your great advice. Everything is in working order now!

    ***************************** of Summit's **************** was very helpful. I purchased an FFRF36 5.8-cu ft Mini Fridge Freezer Summit Refrigerator/Freezer which I love because it was exactly what I was looking for in a space saver appliance, but the gasket on one side of the doors was coming off because it was damaged. I called Summit and was connected to Ms. ************** in customer service. She was very helpful because after I sent my receipt of purchase and a picture of the damaged gasket, that she asked for on May 16th, by May 26th, my gasket was delivered. I'm giving Ms. ************** 5 stars because she helped me in a timely manner without hassle, and because nowadays, it's hard to speak to a human being when contacting customer service.Thank you *******, sincerely, Nura :0)

    We have a Summit stove/oven at deer camp in northern ********. In trying to use the oven, it would not ignite.We called technical support & spoke with ******. He was sharp, concise, and very patient with us in getting to what the problem was, and he went WAY above and beyond to help us solve the problem.He even put ** briefly on hold to go find the exact part he thought was the problem, then even used his personal phone to video call ** so we could see what he wanted ** to check.He then walked ** through a diagnosis of that part, during which we determined our part was indeed bad.Lastly, he connected ** directly with a person in the parts department. He must have told her exactly what we needed, as she had all the ********** to go.We are extremely pleased and impressed with the sevice this company and ****** proveded!!!

    I have never in my life experienced such wonderful customer service and technical support. ******, in particular, is amazing! He diagnosed my problem and actually took me step by step as to how to install an evaporator fan in a way that I could understand. He was very detailed, patient and precise. Im in awe.

    All great.people from the **************** to the Warranty Dept...one more helpful than the next..****** is the best...He got my issue resolved and got me a.new Ice.maker.sent to me by Summit...Also **** and ******* are great with customer service...

    The oven in my gas stove stopped working. I needed a quick solution.I called Summit and was offered an appointment for the very next morning.The repairman came right on time, with an array of possible parts needed.He found the problem and made the repair in 15 minutes, at the same time checking for other possible problems with the stove. There were none and he left. Polite, quick; precise and reasonable. Now my wife can continue making her delicious pies.
