    My ice maker wasnt working after I had not used it in 2 months and called Summit for assistance. First representative wasnt very helpful and simply asked if light indicator for ice maker was lit (or not) on the control panel and also asked me to feel the tray in the freezer compartment for any water. He then suggested sending out a tech to trouble shoot and transferred to another **** but that I would need a purchase receipt for the fridge (which I didnt have). After being transferred back to the first ****, a gentleman named ****** answered my call and asked me to reset my fridge using the 2 buttons on my control panel and *****! I have ice cubes again! Thank you ******! Youre a life saver! All summit representatives should be trained to assist with a reset as it would save a lot of time!

    This am ****, the technician assigned to my case drove to the end of ******* from the Bronx reaching my nonfunctioning cooktop..and replaced the unit. He drove almost 6 hours and avoided an accident right in front of his truck reaching my apartment at the designated time of approximately 11am. He is an amazing dedicated person. Words cannot describe how thankful I am to **** for his perseverance and work ethics. I really appreciate the extra mile that **** did. And thank you to ******* who was thoughtful enough and made sure **** had a complete replacement unit so he would not have to drive back with a functioning replacement unit at a later date if needed....Thank you to ************ for arranging this service call and accommodating my ************* needed.. Additional follow-up by ************, ******************** and ********** was very much appreciated.....Having a Summit appliance with the extended warrenty was the best decision I made.**********

    Bought an undercabinet freezer which was installed brand new in August 2022, and was first used May 2023 after moving in. ************** that separates the two freezer drawers came unattached on one side preventing either drawer from closing without manual intervention. Around $175 in popsicles was spoiled before we found the cause. Reached out to **********, the vendor this was purchased from, who told us to contact Summit Appliance, the manufacturer. Summit, gave a 1 sentence reply, offering zero, and told us to contact **********. They didnt offer parts, advice, service, absolutely nothing, despite the 1-year stated manufacturers defect.

    We purchased a Summit two drawer outdoor fridge for over $2300. It was purchased in June 2022 but not delivered and installed until later. The fridge s just stopped working with less than one year of use. The warranty states that the compressor has a warranty of 5 years, but, Summit is refusing to send someone out to even look at it. I would not recommend.

    Hi *****- Summit is actually sending someone out to look at the unit and will cover parts under warranty though the unit is out of the manufacturer warranty. You should be getting a call within 3-5 business days to arrange a service appointment.

    ************** has been extremely helpful snd should be commended for her excellent ***************** Based on the information she provided, I was able to order and receive my refrigerator in a fraction of time the dealer was proposing. Following the install today, I had operational questions. ****** made an effort to find the answers and then connected me to **** in technical support. He answered my questions and provided assistance that enabled me to correct something the installers had overlooked. This Summit replaced an earlier Summit model purchased in 2008. At that time my experience with **************** at ********************** was unfortunate and my questions were not answered. As a customer, I greatly appreciate the excellent, professional and caring **************** that I have recently had with ****** and ****. They should be considered valuable employees.****************
