    They charged me ****** to bring out a dumpster. I told them I was cleaning out a garage and if the there were additional charges, they said no. A week later my card was charged ****** making a dumpster that was listed at ****** a painful 1015.34$. I am supposed to be taking my kids out this weekend and now I can't even afford to eat. I am disputing this with my bank as soon as it clears and getting a lawyer. Please do not use this company. They will scam you for as much as they can.

    My review is really 0 stars! This company is a complete scam. They advertise low prices, no hidden fees which is all a lie. I was overcharged ******** for a 27 ton dumpster which was absurd. The dumpster was only rented for leftover sheetrock, empty paint cans and 5 gallon tubs. All empty, no paint no brick no railroad tires, tires, appliances nothing. The driver picked the dumpster up and took pictures. Thank us and bid us a good day. Once I received this egregious invoice I asked for proof of weight and the pictures that were taken. No weight ticket and no pictures. They even said they dont take pictures which was a boldface lie. Disputing these charges with my bank now. PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!

    Dont be fooled like me! They buried charges in the contract. Ended up paying over double what I thought! If it looks to good to be true, it probably is.Worst scam I have ever fell victim to!

    RIP off 2 day rental cost ****** thinking it will be ****** cost was for pick up and dump fees per pound .never had this happen before don't use them rip off.

    Dumpster rental for $195 is the advertisement then, AFTER make payment you learn that there are additional fees for delivery, pickup, environment, gas, etc. The charge became more than $300! Then, you get the cutest and the fine print days there is a tonnage fee on top of the rental fee. It didn't indicate that it is in addition to...This is such a bait and switch. Worst experience from a company you can imagine. $195 rental became $730... This should be much more clear at the beginning of the process.

    This company is a fraud! They charged me $234 then 2 weeks later charged my card $414. They were 9 days late picking it up. They are crooks & a scam. Please do not use them!! I wish they could be shut down!!

    These people are thieves. I had a one day rental and they charged me over $3000.00. They would not provide a tonnage receipt and threatened me to go to collections if I did not pay. Do not use this company. I rented a dumpster the week before from another company with the same tonnage and the bill was $800.00. THIEVES!!!

    SCAM! THIS COMPANY CHARGED MY CARD 2 X BEFORE THE DATE OF SERVICE AND NEVER PROVIDED THE DUMPSTER AS PROMISED. THEY GO BY MULTIPLE NAMES. RELIANT AND LIBERTY DUMPSTER. THEY SCAM MULTIPLE STATES. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A HUGE FRAUD

    I wish I had read all the reviews before using them. What a rip-off !!!!!!There is no way to prove the weight of the content of the dumpster because I am certain what I put in the dumpster does not weigh as much as they claimed. Unfortunately, I signed up to pay 15c/pound for the content of the dumpster and ended up being charged an additional fee which is more than double what I paid originally for the rental. SO BE WARNED DO NOT USE THEM !!!

    Be careful when ordering the dumpster online. They advertise no hidden fees but my total showed $240, which is what I expected my card to be charged for. However my card immediately got charged for $413. I was also sent a contract to sign with this amount. It did detail out how they got advertised no hidden fees and charged my card for an unauthorized amount. I immediately contacted the company and asked to cancel letting them know I was unhappy with the unauthorized amount that was charged. They tried to offer me a discount for the inconvenience but I declined and told them that they should fix the issue on their website so others arent shocked. I again asked to cancel and a refund and they agreed saying that timing was dependent on my bank. Two weeks went by and my bank hadnt received a refund which is odd since my bank has always been pretty quick. I followed back up and confirmed it had been refunded. However they sent me a confirmation email showing the refund with the same date I followed up. Now Im skeptical that they were planning on actually refunding me in the first place. I wasnt planning on making this review, but with all the issues, I dont want someone else to deal with this too.
