  My rating is one star and it should be zero. Maximum I would award is 1/2 start for their replies to my emails.This firm specializes in charging a cancellation fee that is 75% of the order price.They used our credit card to charge twice for the cancellation fee.Please save your time and money and find a dumpster somewhere else.I asked about their business plan - do they want to have return customers - and did not receive an answer.I hope this will help you.

  Wish I had looked up the BBB reviews. Avoid this company at all costs. They tried to charge my CC and second time but luckily ***** blocked it for fraudulent activity.

  My complaint seems to be exactly what everyone else has experienced with the scammers.I rented a 20-yard dumpster from Liberty Dumpster and was quoted MULTIPLE times that the cost would be $313.86 for 3 days. I was immediately charged and the dumpster was delivered and picked up according to our agreement......... within 24 hours after pick up I was charged an additional $662.17 for a TONNAGE FEE (.15 cents per LB) that of course was NOT part of the conversation because that's how they scam EVERYONE!!!! My issue with that is the dumpster was half empty and they claim the dumpster debris was **** tons which is another part of the SCAM....The TOTAL loss to these thieves was $976.03 ***********Keep in mind, they send a DocuSign Agreement which the curser just keeps moving to the lines that need initials and signature and you think you are working with a reputable company (NOT)............ DON'T allow them to steal from you too********** WHEN YOU CALL THEM TO DISPUTE THE TONNAGE FEE AND MENTION DISPUTING THE CHARGE WITH THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY THEY JUST LAUGH AND SAY THEY WILL REPORT A NON PAYMENT TO DING YOUR CREDIT SCORE AND HANG UP!!!THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN

  Charged $909 for a 2 day rental of a simple garage clean out. They claim it was 1.5 tons. No WAY. Stay away from this company. Get a local guy to do your clean outs. I called ************* and it was $400 no questions asked. I will litigate this.

  Nightmare! I rented a dumpster the weekend of 8/11/23. I submitted the request early in the week and soon after found a better deal with a local company. I was within the cancellation policy so I requested cancellation. I quickly received a call asking me the reason. I explained I found a better deal locally - I found a flat rate dumpster including 2 tons and all fees, taxes, etc. **** asked me to give her a shot at giving a better deal. She called back and offered a flat rate dumpster including all taxes, fees, and 2 tons so I agreed. I read and reread the contract and made sure I followed it to ***. Fast forward to 8/15, I received a call from ****, who is extremely rude, saying I owe $1,742 for overages and sorting fees. I was baffled - I understood that I would owe any over tonnage fees, which was at 9 per pound over 2 tons. I was **** pounds over, which equals $342 plus a $25 over tonnage fee. This is in the contract and is listed as the only additional fees that I would be charged. I asked for an explanation -Here is what she said:1. $1,000 is for the sorting fee since I had a mattress in the dumpster. Mind you, mattresses are not included in the list of prohibited items. 2. In addition to the overage fee, there is a charge for fuel recovery which is now 6 times more than what I originally paid. This was not listed in the contract. This is an unethical company. Avoid at all costs.

  This is rated a one star because NO stars are not available. Classic bait and switch, I called and requested a 20-yard construction dumpster. I was clear that this meant cut lumber and construction debris to include used paint cans. They withdrew the fees from my account almost immediately while I was still on the phone with them. Once I got the contract it prohibited the very materials I ordered the dumpster for and cited a service fee of up to $1000.00 if this material was found in the dumpster. I immediately canceled the dumpster and requested a refund of my already-paid fees. It's now two weeks later and I'm still fighting with this company to get my refund. This company is nothing but a rip-off.
