    I traded in my iphone 15 pro Max for the amount roughly around $725.00 and my payment I selected for them to pay me for my iphone 15 pro Max was ****** and it's been over 2 or 3 months I still haven't received my payment from them.

    I sold my used iPhone 14 pro and shipped to Clickncell and havent received payment or been responded to via email/ customer service chat on the site. The original quote for the iphone was 467$. The order # is is ********************** HOWEVER I used a different label for another item I had planned to sell on this site; The label I used is for order #********************** however in this package is the iphone 14 pro (order # **********************). The package was delivered January 21 according to the tracking # (tracking #**********************). On the site, it says in progress next to the iPhone status while the others say new, so I assume they have my phone and started to process, but still havent been paid or received an official quote/ assessment for the item. I cannot get in contact with them despite numerous tries. I understand since I used the label for the apple watch for the iphone, perhaps that caused some confusion, so I wanted to clarify even though it says in progress and see if that was the cause of the holdup.     I sold my iPhone 14 Pro Max to *******************, a business operated by ****** *******, who is also the CEO of ClicknCell. I shipped the device on November 26, 2024, using the provided shipping label (Tracking Number: **********************). The company agreed to pay me $507 after assessing the device, which I accepted via email on December 4, 2024.Since then, I have repeatedly contacted the business for payment or the return of my phone. The owner, ****** *******, who serves as CEO of both ******************* and ClicknCell, has consistently delayed resolution by stating he would take care of it tomorrow. Despite these promises, no action was taken for weeks. When I threatened legal action, he created a shipping label for the return of my phone, but the device was never actually shipped.I have contacted the business numerous times via their website (December 13, 2024), text messages (December 16, 17, 18, January 2, January 3, January 4, and January 6, 2025), and Instagram messages (December 16, 17, 29, January 2). Despite these repeated attempts to resolve the issue, neither the promised payment nor the return of my phone has *********** ******************* is not listed on the BBB, and ****** ******* is the CEO of both companies, I am filing this complaint against ClicknCell, as both businesses appear to be linked through his ownership and operations.These delays, broken promises, and lack of actionalong with the deceptive act of creating a shipping label without actually shipping the phonehave left me without my device or the agreed-upon payment.

    They offered to buy my Iphone for $117. I sent it to them and they received it on Sep 23, 2024. But then they refuse to pay me and just keep my phone. I have contacted them multiple times seeking a resolution. Initially they promised to action within a few days but now they just ignored me.

    I sold a cell phone to them and they offered a reduced price which I did not accept. However they have not returned my cell phone and are not answering any calls or messages. They seem like a scam company. Please check TrustPilot reviews for them.

    I submitted my phone to be sold by ClicknCell *** for original offer of $209.00. They sent the shipping label and it was shipped on 9/12/2024. (tracking nbr **** **** **** **** **** **) They received the phone and sent me an email with a counter offer lower of $157.00 (which apparently is their standard MO). I accepted the offer the same day and according to their website you are to receive the payment within 72 hours via *****. I emailed their support on Sept 23 as I had not yet received payment. They replied same day saying there was a delay due to high volume and limited staff. On Oct 2nd I again sent an email - still no payment received. They responded on Oct 8th and apologized again this time with excuse of problems with automated payment system, would be fixed in 1-2 days and would receive payment that week. I sent email AGAIN on 13th Oct as still yet to have received payment. They have my phone and no payment for amount promised as of 15th oct.

    I sent my phone in to this company they were supposed to pay me ****** and never did . Told me they were sorry and that they sent it but still never got it now they are ignoring me .

    They sent me another message. This time stating they were the manager and that there was an error with my payment after looking at my account and they are going to send it again. Well guess what? Never got it. Big surprise there. Do not use this company they are big fraud.

    I sent two phones into ClicknCell. One in perfect working order, one with damage. I shipped them both on the same day. I was able to verify when they arrived, and received offers for both of them. The offer for the broken phone matched the initial offer, so I accepted it. The offer for the functional phone was significantly lower than the initial offer, however. ClicknCell stated the phone had damage beyond what was described. I knew this was not the case, so I declined that offer. Several weeks passed after I accepted the one offer and declined the other, and I received no communication or payment from ClicknCell. At that point I reached out and ********* said they were looking into it. After another several weeks and several (way too many) emails, I finally received payment for the broken phone. When I asked about how to handle the other phone, I got an email back from ClicknCell that expressed they were unaware of the other phone. I sent them the info and they said that they could pay me if I accepted their lowball offer on the functional phone. I said that I would only accept the original offer. To that they said that's fine and they would send the phone back. I waited a week and did not receive tracking, so I reached out....several times. Eventually I got a response - "currently inquiring about the status of your order return and will provide you with the tracking number." It has been over a week and I have reached out multiple times but still no response. At this point, ClicknCell has effectively stolen my phone and stopped all communication. They operate by offering more money than the competition then they change the deal once they are in possession of your phone with the hopes that you buckle and accept it. Clearly if you don't accept the deal they just keep your phone anyway. This company is not to be trusted and I would steer anyone away from them.

    I found this "ClicknCell" website while searching online for places to sell my phone. I no longer needed it and wanted to profit from it instead of letting it sit around. So I filled out a little questionnaire to find out what my device was worth and it said $155. I went to the post office and mailed the phone on June 27, 2024. I never got my money and no response to my emails. The tracking number shows the package was delivered on June 29, 2024, so it's frustrating to see this website isn't legit. I would like my money as promised, thanks.

    Clickncell received my package of an iPhone 14 ProMax on Wednesday July 24th at 12:29 p.m. I later received a counter offer lower than the one offered originally it has now been over a week of no responses and I have sent multiple emails they are completely unresponsive and I have received no payment whatsoever and it is stated 24 hours after receiving the package
