Was offered $31 for a used Iphone on their website. Sent the company the phone and they offered me $5. I declined the offer and requested the phone be returned to me. It has been several weeks and I have sent them multiple emails asking for the return of my phone with no response.Customer Answer

I sold them an IPhone XS on May 13th, 2024. They received the item and never paid me. I called and spoke to someone on the 24th of May, I was assured I would receive the full amount that evening...still no payment. I tried all last week to get a hold of them, only to receive a counter offer for the device, for $50 less than I was told I'd get on the 24th. I wanted to get something out of this bad enough that I accepted the offer, still no payment. They are now completely unresponsive and won't answer me. I'd like them to resolve this issue and settle my payment.Business Response

Their business is offering payments for old/used electronics, mostly mobile phones, tablets, computers. I mailed them an iPhone SE 2.0 (in excellent condition) where I was promised to receive a compensation amount up to $109.00. ClicknCell confirmed receipt of my phone by sending an email. That email stated a "counteroffer" for my phone in the amount of $60. Albeit lower than expected, I accepted the counteroffer.The problem is that I have never received the counteroffer value of $60. My paypal account is connected to their service for transactions which is where I would be expecting payment.I have attempted to contact their "customer support" team both by email ************************************ and by phone *************) at least 8 times and received no response of support.The whole situation wreaks of scam where they collect items and then ghost their customers.I appreciate any help you can provide to me and others who potentially might fall prey to this businesses poor practices.Customer Answer

I shipped my ****** Pixel 6a to ************* in late March, it was delivered on 25 March 2024. They provided the label and I have proof of delivery to the address provided. 02 April 2024, 28 days ago I opened a ticket (via email, with the same images I attached here) with ************* to find out what happened to my phone and where my promised $125 payment is. I've never heard back from their customer support. I don't know what recourse I have at this point, but I'm VERY skeptical of their legitimacy at this point, and I'm "out" my used phone. I either want my money back OR my phone returned to me in the excellent condition it was shipped to them in.Customer Answer

I arraigned to sell my iPhone 13 Pro to said company. They gave me an estimate of $380. I agreed to sell to them. They sent me a shipping label. I sent above mentioned phone which they received on 08 March. I emailed them on 11 March to see the status of our deal. I never heard from them. I called them on 22 March and spoke to a ****, he told me that I would receive my payment within two days. I still have not seen said payment. My phone was delivered to Clickncell on February 1, 2024. Once they received my phone they told me that they would not give me the amount they originally quoted me for my phone but an amount $223 less. I told them that was unacceptable and to return my phone. Clickncell told me they would return my phone to me. It has now been over a month and they have still not returned my phone or paid me for my phone. I have followed up with them numerous times and they have repeatedly told me they would return it but I have still not received it nor any evidence that they have shipped it to me. I sent my device to ClicknCell in accordance with their trade-in terms on January 22 and it was delivered on January 27. I choose to receive my payment with *****. The following Monday I have received a confirmation email for the payment and it said that the payment would be received in the next few business days. It has been over a week and I still havent received the payment. I have reached out to ClicknCell customer support but without satisfactory resolution. They said that there was a delay in the payment and to just wait patiently.The failure to fulfill their payment commitment has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. My husband made an online agreement with this company to sell my iPhone 10 XS MAX **** (unlocked) for $242. The order detail number was **********************. The selected method of payment was supposed to be *****. The shipping label provided by the company was printed, and the phone was mailed out on 12/2/2023. It was confirmed that the phone was received by the company on 12/7/23. Afterward, we received no notification of payment or payment. My husband tried calling on several occasions and was only able to communicate via text message. On Monday, 12//11/23, my husband was told "From what I see payout is scheduled today". On, Wednesday, 12/13/23, my husband was told "I'm sorry they have not processed the transaction. Let me do that for you." In addition, my husband gave the phone number to Zelle payment to and asked if there was anything else he needed to do. He was told, "Nope I'll handle it for you. Thank you for contacting us regarding this issue". On today, 12/14/23, my husband texted "When can we expect this to be completed? Still have not received". No answer was given. I also called and was able to speak to a representative. I connected my husband to the phone call. The representative was able to pull up my transaction and text messages received. He also told us that payment was approved and we should see something within the next two hours. He never gave his name when asked. This was at noon. I tried calling again a little after 6 pm. I received no answer and an immediate text stating "Hey!". I sent a detailed text concerning the phone call earlier and have not received a response. It is almost 10 pm, and I still have not received payment. At this point, I feel that this business may be a scam. If not, I would like them to conduct business and pay me for the phone that I sold to them. I feel that we are only getting the run-around.Customer Answer
