      Talked to **** ******* Very professional and courteous. Took interest in having conversation in addition to discussing business. Explained mpower options and fixed price points. Was able to work with me and my current plan options and how I could benefit from utilizing mpower services

      Im not one to write a review but the world is full of so much negativity I just had a mpower agent stop by my building they were doing they job and a neighbor started yelling I stepped outside the agent was so calm and try to explain why they was there , so they go to leave and I stopped them to hear they point and Im glad I did I rather young folks helping saving the environment then out there doing god knows what thank you mpower
