this company is a scam company that gives you wrong information to get you to sign up with them. I feel like I was forced to sign up and that was wrong I'm not going to rate this company and I do not want to deal with this company they should not be able to come to seniors homes and lie to them something need to be done. I cancelled the account the same day. And I do not want to have any dealings with this company. I was told that I will not be changing my supplier and that supplier sent me a letter to sign up for rebate payments from a company that was been sued and the only way to receive this money I have to sign up that's how the go me to sign up. The people that you have working for you they need to be honest while working for your company.

Indra Energy (***** ** *** *******) appreciates you bringing this matter to our attention. Per review of our records, you enrolled your three (3) electric accounts with Indra on October 24, 2022, into an initial rate of $0.09300 per kWh for the first month, followed by a variable rate thereafter. Later the same day, you had a change of mind and contacted our customer service department regarding the enrollments. Per your request, the enrollments of your electric accounts were rescinded. You will remain with your local utility for electric service; therefore, you will not receive service, or be billed by Indra. Additionally, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. In reference to the sales presentation, please be assured that Indras sales agents are trained to completely adhere to our policies and guidelines when presenting our programs to customers. When sales agents engage in negotiations with customers, agents provide their first name, state they are there on behalf of Indra Energy (not acting on behalf of the utility), and the purpose of the solicitation. The sales agents are trained to not engage in misleading or deceptive conduct, and to not make false or misleading representations. Indra takes these matters seriously, and upon receipt of your concerns, we immediately reached out to the vendor. Out of an abundance of caution, we are retraining our sales agents, and they will continue to undergo the monthly scheduled retraining sessions to ensure they remain fully compliant. Additionally, the service address and telephone number associated with your enrollment have been placed on the Companys internal Do Not Call and Do Not Knock l lists.Indra makes every effort to review and appropriately resolve all consumer concerns. Should you have any future questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at **************************************

We ask that you allow thirty (30) days for the do-not-call request to take full effect.Indra appreciates the opportunity to help resolve this matter. Your company has engaged in predatory pricing and took advantage of seniors like my parents who are living on social security. They were promised savings but have seen nothing but higher energy bills.Indra Energy has been consistently higher than *****. For July and August, their electric bill was over $500. Invoice dated July 20, 2022, had Indra Energy kilowatt commodity charge of ********** and ***** kilowatt delivery service charge of ********. The invoice also states, To save money, you must be buying your electricity from your supplier at a price THAT IS LESS than your ***** price to compare. Your price to compare is: $0.08158309/kwh. In comparison Indra Energys kilowatt charge is exorbitantly greater than that of ***** (551% higher), so where is the savings? My parents have since cancelled your service and have transferred over to ***** for all electric services. They were told it would take two billing cycles until the cancellation takes effect, which I find to be unreasonable since my parents will continue to pay a higher price for electricity for another two months. The invoice also states, We have reviewed your account and starting with your next bill your monthly payment plan amount will be $27.00. The next invoice was again over $500, and the most recent invoice was over $300.

Indra Energy (Indra or the Company) appreciates you bringing this matter to our attention. Per review of our records, your father, *****************************, enrolled his electric account with Indra on October 1, 2010, into a variable rate plan.Mr. ******* electric account has since been cancelled. The last day with Indra was on or around October 13, 2022, and he will not be charged a cancellation fee. Please note that service end-dates are at the sole discretion of the utility and are not influenced by Indra. Based on our review, we determined that Mr. ******* electric account was billed correctly in accordance with the terms and conditions of his agreement. Additionally, an analysis of his energy account shows an increased electric usage reported to us by the utility, which in part resulted in a higher invoice. For reference, during the June billing cycle, he consumed 638 kWh while over ***** kWh were consumed during the July and August 2022 billing periods. Please be advised that Indra does not read any meters, as the utility handles all of the billing including customer meter-readings. Thank you for speaking with us on October 13, 2022, regarding your concerns. Indra appreciates the opportunity to have satisfactorily resolved this matter for you. Should you have any future questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at **************************************

0 stars if possible. Lied about being sent by my energy delivery company, asked me to acknowledge my energy deliverer's rate increase and told me to do that I had to sign a form they presented me on a cell phone that actually enrolled me in their service. I asked point blank if I was signing up for a new supplier and was told I was not. Even had the gall to leave a card for my neighbor who was hospitalized at the time. Received a $330 energy bill this morning and went ahead and gave them a call to make sure I wasn't enrolled. Surprise! Absolutely disgusting, predatory tactics. Am very much looking forward to alerting the ** ******** *******, local government, and my energy deliverer so they know their suppliers are impersonating the deliverer's employees.

This company came to my door under the guise that they were affiliated with ***** electric company doing an unofficial energy audit, asking if we had clean energy. They told my husband that we would save lots of money through switch to their company and their clean energy alternatives. When I go the **** I saw a $340.23 charge from ****************** added on to my regular electric ****. They grossly misrepresented themselves and flat out lied about what their company could do for my family. They told my husband that I would be a switch and save a substantial amount on our electric ****. Please stay away from this company and quickly dismiss anyone that comes to your door from this company. They are flimflammers at their best.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We researched our records and confirmed that *************************** enrolled the electric account with Indra Energy (Indra or the Company) on February 24, 2022, into an introductory rate of $0.07300 per kWh for the first billing cycle, followed by a variable rate thereafter. The Enrollment Confirmation packages, including the terms and conditions of this plan, were provided to the customer following the enrollment. Please be assured that Indras sales agents are trained to completely adhere to our policies and guidelines when presenting our programs to customers. When sales agents engage in negotiations with customers, agents provide their first name, state they are there on behalf of Indra (not acting on behalf of the utility), and the purpose of the solicitation. Your electric account will not be charged a cancellation fee. Notwithstanding, and in a good-faith effort to assist with your billing, Indra will issue you a courtesy refund to be applied to your electric account, as discussed during your conversation with the Company on August 16, 2022.Thank you for the opportunity to help resolve your concerns. This company has very sketchy business practices. They lure you in with the idea that you are getting electricity from a more cost efficient and renewable place but undoubtedly just price gouges. I contacted them about the abnormal price during the warmest months of the year but the only thing they can say is market fluctuation to the sum of a $400 and the $600 bills. When I dug further, I used even less energy than last year but paid quadruple more. With that said if gas prices are not $25 a gallon why are my kilowatts. This is beyond obscene and misleading and I will look for legal help for this company.

My wife answered a telemarketer from Indra/Palm and agreed to a trial rate since they guaranteed lower rates. They were very convincing. My June combined elec/gas was $945.28. I spoke to **** and if i had stayed with **** the **** would have been $180.26. My wife has a disability and when I spoke to them today and cancelled their service I assured them that without anything in writing this could not be valid. The people I spoke with were Indian sounding with a dog barking in the background. I have paid over the last 6 months $3,882.00 more then if I stayed with ****. I have contacted my attorney about scammers and unlawful verbal contracts. I have spent all morning on the phone with these people pure scam.

Beware of this company. I recently switched energy providers and had never been charged over $90 in a month from Indra. My last two weeks (not typical monthly billing cycle) I was charged almost $140 on top of my final months ****. When I called them, I was told that "rates change" and I was being charged the highest rate for those final two weeks. Long story short, they engaged in predatory pricing and took me for a ride one last time. Do not deal with these people. They will squeeze every last dime they can from you if you switch and there's nothing you can do. Disgusting.

In response to *************************** (the Customer) complaint for *****************************, ******************************************** or the Company) researched its records and can confirm that the ********* electric account began receiving service from Indra on May 27, 2022.
