      Scam scam scam. Especially if you contact them to fix an out of pocket repair.Sent my drone in. Had a BAD MOTOR. Sent a battery with it.They received it and called me with 5 things that needed to be fixed for over $900!!!I said just fix the motor. No, all or nothing. I told them to ship my **** drone back That all together cost $250. 100$ for shipping there and back and $150 to S**** ME OVER, they said that was the diagnostic fee Well they damaged my housing and pinched a wire putting it back together Fast Drone Repair located in ******** told me of his findings when I shipped it to him His cost to repair $250. So the money I FREAKING WASTED WITH THIS ************ could have paid for Fast Drone Stay the h*** away from CPS unless you like being taken advantage of!

      I was told by **** that I was getting 5 appliances warrantied and he swore he oils be my contact and that this isnt a scam. Somehow I believed him. The quote I was sent was for 5 appliances:Fridge Microwave Dishwasher *** fridge Range This was a few months ago Yesterday my fridge started shouting water at me from the dispenser I called. They said its only 4 appliances (my stove, dishwasher and fridge arent covered) They even had the nerve to cover me for an appliace I dont own.They are willing to give me back a prorated amount and have kept me on the phone for an hour and treated me so poorly.This is ?? percent a scam. I knew it was and should have listed to my instinct And the ultimate scammer plan..the nice guy who promised me he would protect me from being scammed ** ***** works there.A ************* yourself money and time, stay far away from this company.

      Originally was going to leave a 1 start review. MY headphones ?? were damaged and couldn't be repaired. They tried to settle with an offer for 1/3 of what I paid. The so called depreciated value. After just 5 months. I was unhappy and reached out to the claims ***** I received a call back within a few hours. The claims manager I spoke with was very understanding and helpful. She modified the settlement to cover the entire purchase price of my headphones ??. It was a bad situation turned good!

      They're awful. They've been "working" on my claim now for 9 months. They don't call back when they say they're going to call back. They're unmotivated. Find a different warranty company, this ain't it.
