      *********************** (etx ****) provided the most stellar, gold-standard service I have ever received. Everyone should strive to be like him. He was excellent in every respect, and so courteous, just absolutely uplifting. Most of all he was beyond competent and exceptional in his customer ********************** delivery. He would do well in the highest visibility role in your company. Because of ****** and his delightful service that inspired much confidence, we decided on the spot to consider all out home warranties and other warranties. What an asset to your company. My mother and I are such fans of him, please never lose him!*********************** is THE BEST! The best thing since sliced bread!- ****************

He helped me because the items seller on ******* cancelled the sale transaction and I had taken out optional insurance with your company.****** was very helpful and cancelled it and got my refund issued.Great so I wont hesitate to put on your insurance on for items I buy at ******* on future purchases. In fact I shop on ******* very often and the ability to get insurance is very important to me Sincerely,***

      My ******* wont come on. It blinks red 6 times. A TV repair service said to call a repair service. I contacted CPS insurance and they told me that we needed an authorized **** dealer for repair. There are none in the *********************** or Close to ** in **************. CPS wont honor any other repair company. They will give ** our money back of $300.00 for the insurance. That leaves me with a $1000.00 broken ******* and no way to recover. CPS should have told us there are no **** repair in our state. Dont buy insurance from them.

      I purchased the extended warranty for our new range. I received my membership card within days of my purchase. Creating my account and registering took no time at all. I am hoping I'll never need to call them though. Quick and easy set up.

      They will take your money for a service that really doesnt exist. Dishwasher broken for 7 months, we have had 7 visits from techs who cant diagnose or have parts to fix. We are being given the run around when we demand some sort of action. Would never recommend this company.

      Our built-in microwave that we purchased from ********** ********** went out after 1-1/2 yr. and we had purchased the warranty from them thru CPS (Consumer Priority Service). CPS sent an appliance company out to repair and even though they had the part, they were required to go back to the office and email CPS an estimate for approval. they claimed they didnt get the first estimate so the company had to resend it. It was supposed to be reviewed in 1-2 days, but on the 3rd day I called and they said they would take a look. Then I get an email saying they have denied my repair and offered me $284 payout for my $578 microwave. I let them know I wasnt excepting that settlement and they havent responded to me. Nowhere in the warranty does it say they are going to prorate your appliance - it says that they will repair or replace up to the cost of your appliance. If this is the only warranty offered, buy your appliance from another company. ** is responsible too because this was the second exact ** Profile model we purchased - the first went out after one year but we had neglected to purchase the extended warranty.
