    We had a scheduled delivery date of November 4, 2023. Thanksgiving passed, Christmas passed, now in the new year, ****. **************** has been sending scripted messages, In Transit. It is a few states away, in transit since October? I think we have been scammed out of $1,000+. I would recommend you buy anywhere ELSE.

    Im not sure of others reviews but I ordered my couch September 16th. Yes through the process needed to confirm address etc. It was WAY faster than expected. Today is September 29th and Im sitting on my new couch and its awesome! At least in my case I highly recommend for the prices. Cant beat it!

    I was very skeptical due to all of the negative reviews. I ****************, everyone just wants what they order right this second. I blame this on Amazon. Haha Anyway, I had a great experience with this company. It did take forever, so I totally understand those complaints. Everything I ordered came and was well packaged and as new. I had the white glove delivery. They showed up on time, put the bed together, and cleaned up all their mess before they left. It was delivered to the delivery company on 7/31 and it was delivered to me on 8/2. You can't beat that. But, I live in the ********* ** area, so maybe things are better over this way. I placed my order for the bed on 7/26/23 and it arrived 8/2. I guess I'm just lucky! I would order from them again, if what i needed wasn't an immediate need.

    Do not trust their Guardian warranty option. They would come up with random excuses to not fix the issue. I had a reclining sofa for which the reclining stopped working after a couple years of usage. They said that it is normal wear and tear and its not covered under their policies. They did not even try to fix the issue or even provide assistance or even helped with troubleshooting anything. All they said was that it is beyond their policy and its wear and tear, so we should expect the sofa recliners to stop working after couple of years. So frustrating and waste of money. Will never buy again with 1StopBedrooms.

    $3090 ***** arrived damaged and missing middle back piece. Was over a month late on delivery. No action to rectify

    Someone ordered something, I don't know what, in my name. It was delivered, I suspect to the ordering party but not to me. An account was obviously created using my personal information without my knowledge or permission. Apparently the party did not pay and the account was sent to collections. I reported that's it's not mine. It's on my credit report and I want it removed. Identity theft is real.

    Very happy with quality of purchases. I ordered a bedroom set and sectional sofa and very happy with my purchases. But, be prepared for additional fees as you will get a call if you want ex: base for bed, and want it assembled before delivery. Also, the sofa wanted to know if you want the parts attached to the sides that adjoin each piece and if you want the sections scotch guarded. Overall, I would order from One Stop again if needed.

    This company is a scam! Never received my sofa. Opened a case with PayPal. They issued a refund and then 1stopbedrooms told them I received it twice so now PayPal is requesting the one refund I received back. WTF!? Going to call PayPal an attempt to explain to them that they need to cut ties with this company but these jokers just scammed them with a lie!

    I ordered a couch in ******* was quoted one amount for delivery, then received a call and was told that I would have to pay additional for delivery as I live in a Rural area, I live in a city with a population of over ******* near major metropolitan areas.Next I was told the furniture was in stock and given a delivery date of about a month. I then received a notice that the furniture was out of stock and would be another month, two more month long delays and I was given the same story but no further inquiries as to whether or not I would be willing to accept the delays. Horrible communication, terrible customer service. I finally received a refund and will go with a major furniture distributor. This company does not honor their delivery fees or schedule.
