    Reviewers Ordered bed Feb 19 2023.Finally got the bed April 24,2023.When I got the bed it was damaged.Sent pictures to 1 stop bedrooms,not good enough for them they asked for more pictures.I talked to a different person almost every time I called and they all gave me different answers.The product was broken prior to shipping Do not buy from 1 stop bedrooms!Ordered bed Feb 19 2023.Finally got the bed April 24,2023.When I got the bed it was damaged.Sent pictures to 1 stop bedrooms,not good enough for them they asked for more pictures.I talked to a different person almost every time I called and they all gave me different answers.The product was broken prior to shipping it.

    If I could give this company zero stars I would. We had a great experience the first time we ordered and then the second time we ordered an item from them and it wasnt the color listed or shown on the website AT ALL. We tried speaking with customer service about it to which they were extremely unhelpful in that they insisted we got what we ordered even though it was very apparent the color was far different from what was listed and shown (long story short White is supposed to be WHITE not BEIGE). After much persistence over the course of two weeks with customer service they gave us a very small credit to our account. We then decided maybe this was a fluke and wed give them one last shot with a furniture set, this was again a huge mistake. The delivery dates changed several times and customer service was once again extremely unhelpful basically just saying that Ill get my furniture whenever it comes and even going as far as to deny the original delivery dates that were given when I placed the order. I still have yet to receive my order and my guests at my house currently are being forced to sleep on a mattress on the floor! This is a HORRIBLE company and I do not recommend buying from them. To make matters worse, as it turns out the furniture I ordered is ****** Furniture and so I went to the ****** store to see what their delivery time is on the same furniture set and they said they could get it to me in two days. But of course this company refuses to cancel my order without basically taking half of the large sum of money we paid. Do not buy from this company.

    1stopbedrooms is the worst furnitures store, do not order from this company, they don't honor the returned policy if they is a damage furniture you will loose your money this company is dishonest and have the worst customer service ever.

    DO NOT BUY! COMPANY IS A SCAM!My fiance and I bought a bedroom set from 1 Stop Bedrooms. It had decent reviews at first glance. The entire process was an absolute nightmare. This company is a complete scam. They design their system to sell you low quality furniture and make it so expensive and hard to return you have to keep it. The furniture took 2 months to arrive and when it did half of it was destroyed from the private party delivery company (another way they cut costs). I could see how low quality the furniture was through the broken boxes, the particleboard had crumbled. I wanted to send them the whole thing back and get my money back. The furniture was over $1600 and after the shipping and restock fees I would have only gotten $432 back. It took another 6 weeks to get the replacement items. They made that process a nightmare as well. Like I said their system is designed to make it so difficult to get money back that most people give up. I ended up selling the furniture for half of what I bought it for because that's all it was worth. Do not look at just ****** reviews, I'm confident they pay people to either remove bad reviews or write good ones. Look at their reviews with the Better Business Bureau, all stories just like mine.

    THE WORST RETAIL BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Long story short, it took 5 months and 4 visits to my from the delivery/assembly people to get a kitchen table, a bench, and 4 chairs!!! This company is just awful!!!!

    I ordered an electric bed for my disabled father on 11/25/22. It is now 2/8/23 and I still have not received the bed. When I ordered the bed it was due to be received 12/7/22. I have called repeatedly and every time I get "we will escalate the matter" or "we will get back to you with an update in 24 hours" and such. I am so disgusted. We really NEED this bed to make his daily care easier. I have asked to speak with management repeatedly and have been denied. The bed cost nearly $2000. When I call they seem like they could care less.. just ask me to "patiently wait". I would never ever order from this company and I am starting to question whether or not I'm getting scammed.

    The absolute worse experience I have ever had making a purchase. I ordered a dresser and two night stands in November 2022. After waiting over 30 days for my merchandise I emailed 1 Stop Bedrooms to request a refund. I was told that I could not receive a refund because the manufacturer, ****** stated my order had been shipped. Two weeks later I still had not received my order. I continued to contact 1 Stop Bedrooms and received excuses. Finally I received my order in January. I paid for white glove delivery(room of choice) which was an additional charge. When the delivery crew arrived they refused to take my merchandise past the threshold. They explained their paperwork stated it was supposed to be left in the threshold and allowed me to see it for myself. I showed them my online order receipt and they advised they had to go by their order and suggested I contact 1 Stop Bedrooms. I immediately contacted 1 Stop Bedrooms and was told they would look into it and get back with me "shortly". I continued to call over the next few days and continued to get the run around. We moved the furniture to our bedroom and found the dresser was broken. I again contacted 1 Stop Bedrooms immediately after noticing damages. I was told by a representative to email them pictures. I emailed pictures and videos. After following up with 1 Stop Bedrooms I was told that I did not allow the delivery guys to take it to my room of choice and I broke the dresser. I told the representative the delivery crew refused to take it to my room of choice and he told me to give him about 30 minutes to look over the photos and he would give me a call back. He never called. It is now January 24, 2023 and I still have not received a response. I have one broken dresser that is non-functional on the entire left side. The drawers will not go inside the dresser due to the broken frame and no one has addressed my refund for the additional delivery fee I paid in full. The staff are extremely unprofessional/rude.

    I order furniture that totaled $3,703.74 on 11/26/22. I was notified that the furniture would not be delivered January. Then, I was called by someone from *** ******** on December 14th stating my furniture was ready for delivery. We setup a date for December 16th, but they did not show up. I stayed home all day for that delivery. Then, they called that afternoon asked could they change the delivery date to December 19th between 8am12pm, I said yes, but didnt shown until the afternoon at 3pm. The furniture was broken; I could see it from my front door that it was broken when the delivery man took it off the truck. The delivery person moved it closer to my front door and I said its broke. The delivery person said he was going to take the furniture back because its broke. I was disappointed. I then, called ************* customer service rep., they stated that the policy is for me to keep the broken furniture & call for a repair person. I disagreed with receiving broken furniture. The furniture wasnt in my house yet and I didnt want broken furniture. So I stated to him to cancel it. I was not accepting damaged furniture. I don't agree that I should be charged $2.25 per pound for damage furniture. The furniture came to me damaged so I didnt agree with the delivery so sent it back and canceled it. I was sent an email from ************** stating the following cost I would have to pay if I didnt receive the broken furniture below: This is the cancellation terms--1StopBedrooms cancellations full breakdown of the fees for canceling your order now that it has already shipped.? Return Shipping Fee:1$,332.11; ?15% Restocking Fee:$529.82; ?White ******************* of Choice fees non-refundable: $159.99;? Total Cancellation Fee: $2,021.92;?Total Paid: $3,703.74; ?Total Refund Amount:$1,681.82.?? This is not customer service; wrong for taking over half of my money.
