    I purchased a **** home stereo cassette player brand new in May of ************************************ June 2023, well within the 1 year warranty. I called **** and they said they needed a receipt/invoice sent to them. I sent them a copy of my **** receipt and they replied back with a picture of what a proper invoice should look like from ***** So I went to **** and asked how to print an invoice and sent it to ****, and they replied we don't accept invoices from ****, even after they are the ones who showed me a sample **** invoice and how to obtain a proper invoice from ***** I asked to escalate the issue to a supervisor and the same person replied as the supervisor asking me to pay shipping both ways and the cost of the repair, that doesn't sound like any warranty is being offered to me. After reading so many complaints of this company over the internet its apparent they are not honoring their own warranty and scamming people out of more money for their defective products. I would like get this unit replaced or repaired with our any out of pocket expense to me.

    I purchased 3 products under the **** name from Amazon . Amazon refuses any responsibility which is a whole other issue . But upon contacting **** for warrenty they firstly are not following the warranty guidelines they have listed on there site asking for things that are not within there requirements. Secondly since March or April 2023 has continually asked me for the same information in which I provide then I'm told that it doesn't have the info on it . I have highlighted the Info and they then claim that the page is cropped and missing info . Not only is it not missing Info it has way more info then there warranty ask for . It's almost to the point they want my full credit card number maiden name of mother and what I had for dinner 3 years ago on a random Saturday . That's the lengths of f ridiculous it has reached . I have informed pyke if they aren't going to honor there warranty that this is just a complaint as proof . I will allow them to reply to this but if nothing is done I will be following thru with filing a demand letter , as well as contacting the ftc and the establishment who monitors online scamming companies . These 3 items for reference are 1 a rear view camera in which I was sold a used item at a new sticker price missing things and not made to fit my vehicle with horrible picture assuming that's why it was retured as it shows rust and was boxed as used . Then 2 sets of 6.5 speakers which were missing key parts to the function of those speakers and includes a wire diagram that if followed would surely blow the speakers and or component and tweeter parts . For the life of me a order number should be all they need to confirm proof of purchase

    I purchased a Pyle Audio sound bar from Amazon in January 2023. The product failed to work after 4 months, well within the 1 year warranty window. I contacted **** and they made me provide documentation on my order and explain the problem to three or four different representatives because each time I was contacted, it was a different person. The worst part is that they required me to make videos of the product in my home before being willing to honor the warranty. Only at that point did they disclose that utilizing the warranty requires the customer to cover all shipping costs, both ways. For this product that would end up being a significant proportion of its original cost. Now they have videos of my home, which were unnecessary in the first place, and are requiring me to spend even more money so that they can provide me with a product free from defects, which it was guaranteed to be at the time of purchase.Furthermore, Pyle Audio refuses to offer any kind of refund and Amazon (where it was purchased) will only refer me back to the manufacturer.I am uploading both the original invoice for the purchase as well as the email chain between myself and several representatives. I also spoke over the phone with multiple representatives but unfortunately do not have documentation of those calls.

    I purchased an MP3 player on 9/30/2022 through a friend ******************* helping me to make the purchase as I didnt know how to order on the internet. I am a marshal in several club of which I need to control turning on and off the music as I move about the room. I chose this unit as it had a small remote control. The remote didnt work very will when I first got it but I just thought it was me until it totally locked up and wouldnt respond to the player at all. All of this after I had changed batteries several times thinking this was the problem. So in January 2023 when the remote totally stopped working I began trying to reach ****.They admitted to me that the controller was faulty, and they knew it when they sold it to me. Now this is May * Ive been emailing and waiting since January for a replacement , hearing on lies from the company that they dont have a replacement and/or they cant replace it /or its coming . Finally one arrived last Friday but it was the wrong one . I need my money back or a remote that works. I spent $191.76 on this unit plus I have spent another $100 for thumb drives to have the specific music. Now *** missed being able to play music for 3 organizations for the last 4 months 2 times a month. These people will not call me and think my problem with their equipment is not their problem as they have my money*I need some help?

    I purchased a 4 person round Serenelife hot tub from amazon.ca. I returned home and the hot tub was at 140degrees , my son screamed as he out his legs in before noticing. This is a dangerous malfunction and have contacted Pyle USA, ************************* specifically and has been rude, unhelpful and ignorant. She simply copy and pastes a message saying call Amazon , which I did before ever calling them. Their parent company Sound Around *** has a fake help line that doesn't work also. This is dangerous, and these hot tubs should not be sold in ******, the are unsafe and is a major malfunction.

    Order #************** case#****** On February 9, 2023 I ordered a pure Clean robotic vacuum cleaner through ***** Received vacuum Feb 17, 23. It would not run (turn on). This product is sold/supported through Pyle USA (ph # ************). I called them directly asking to return product for a full refund. They refused and agreed to send a new battery pack. As soon as I received the batteries I installed and ran the vacuum. It would not transition to the different flooring types (ie. tile to hard wood to laminate to area rug) I called immediately and asked again for a refund (& return) they refused and said to go through ***** **** refused as it was beyond the 30 days by this time. **** sent me back to Pyle USA for refund. **** refused also and sent me to **** . Neither will do anything to help resolve this issue. **** should have directed me to **** when I called them in February and asked to return for a refund while it was within the 30 refund period. But they did not. Now they will do nothing.

    My son purchased me a set of 15 woofers from Pyle Audio for Christmas 2022 and within a month the magnet came off speaker now they refusing to replace. Asking us for the same information over and over knowing they not even planning on fixing issues. Just giving us the runaround. Speaker came with a 1 year warranty but they refusing to replace.Order off of ******* website now ******* stating the 30 days is up so I need to go through manufactory even though it was brought off there website. ******* nor the manufacturer trying to fix issue.

    On march 13 2023 we ordered **** home audio receiver. this device comes with 2 wireless microphones. They told us to give them a review on amazon and they would send us another microphone. We did receive the microphone. this microphone does not work. On march 19 2023 we contacted them and informed them one of the wireless microphones (one we paid for) and the free wired microphone (for reviewing them on amazon) was not working. They keep telling us they will get back to us. but never call back or send an email.

    I purchased a ************* receiver, Model PWMA4004BT, which has 2 included microphones. THe microphones weren't working and dropping out frequently since I purchased them, and I had spoken to Tech support through **** for several months with no resolve. On NOv 11, 2022, I submitted a warranty parts replacement request for both microphones and was told that I'd be receiving new microphones through warranty ASAP. I finally received a warranty replacement order, invoice D9709 on 12/13/22, later on the same day I received a copy of warranty replacement order PL-***** which clearly showed 2 wireless microphones. Then on 12/14/2022 I received a shipping notification for Order PL ***** with DHL tracking number ******************************. I checked for several more days to ensure I'd be home when the product arrived, but the tracking number never showed anything being received by DHL or shipped. I started calling that day and call about every 3 days ever since. On 12/26, ***** Ofenda ******** through support when I emailed an inquiry as to where the shipment was, this person said "I already sent a follow-up request for your concerns. I'll get back to you as soon as possible." Every time I call and speak to someone, I'm told that I need to be patient and that when the product is shipped, I'll receive an email with tracking. I refer to the email I already received and am told the same thing again, that I'll get an email with tracking when it ships. When I ask to talk to a manager or supervisor, I'm told that my concern has already been escalated and that I'll receive an email within the business day. I've called at least 1-2 dozen times and never got an email or call back from anyone, yet every time I say that, I'm told, don't worry, you'll get an email within the business day. And now my warranty has expired in case anything else isn't working when I finally get my microphones, if ever.

    I purchased a PT-659DU tape deck with transfer to computer capability from Walmart.com. I received the item on 8/13/22 with no instruction on how the special feature worked. After extensive search I discover that this feature doesn't work and I contacted **** customer service for support. After much ************************* and emails finally on 8/17 got an email from ********* asking for the same information that I had provided days before. I replied and still have no reply. Over the past 48 hours I've chatted with ******, ****** and ******* all have which have lied about escalating the issue and assuring me I'd have a response, first with 24 hrs then after more escalation, 1-2 hours. Still no response.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Pyle Audio regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    The company would not resolve the issue and only suggested that I make additional purchases to see if that would fix the problem. They refused to give me technical requirements that might have explained the why there was a problem then ultimately suggested that I return the item where it was purchased and they would take my concerns into consideration when advertising future products.
