      I recently purchased a plan from this company and they never made a repair I signed up with 900 dollars I want my money back

      I purchased a six year warranty product in 2021. I attempted to file a claim (my first claim) this week and learned that the contact number and email are both bogus. This company is obviously a scam. I could use assistance get a refund of the price of the warranty.

      I purchased a home warranty through Complete Care Home Warranty. The policy was supposed to be effective from 5/14/21-9/14/23. My toilet started to leak so I went to make a claim. The phone number gives a busy signal. ************. I also sent emails to the man who sold me the policy, *****. ************************************ The phone number he has listed also leads to a busy signal. I imagine they went out of business but I would like to be reimbursed for breach of contract.

      AUGUST 18, 2022 CONTACTED COMPANY ABOUT AIR CONDITIONING ****. THEY ADVISE TO ALLOW UP TO 48 HOURS FOR A TECHINCAN TO BE ASSIGNED. AFTER THOSE 48 HOURS NO ONE WAS STILL ASSIGNED I ENDED UP HAVING TO LOCATE SOMEONE TO FIX THE **** WHICH RESULTED IN MY FLOOR BEING DAMAGED. I REACHED OUT TO THE COMPANY ABOUT REFUNDING WHAT I PAID OUT OF POCKET NO ONE EVER REPLIED BACK. CURRENTLY I REACHED OUT ABOUT ANOTHER PROBLEM IM EXPERIENCING IN MY HOME THERE WAS ONLY A BUSY SIGNAL WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT THEM THERE WAS NO ANSWER ONLY A BUSINESS SIGNAL WITH EVERY CALL. THIS COMPANY HAS ALWAYS GIVEN ME SOME KIND OF RUNAROUNDS WHEN I NEEDED TO FILE A CLAIM OR ASSIGING A TECHINCAN ONCE CLAIM WAS MADE

      Purchased a 6yr home warranty plan in April 2021. Called today for a service request to find the number out of use (line busy) and the link in the policy documentation throwing a bad site error. Needless to say after reviewing online its clearly a scam/problem. I paid $2055 for this policy and want a refund or a service.

      This company has not repaired my air conditioner they avoid my calls stop answering my calls. I purchased a five year home warranty from them for $2000 and they will not refund my money. They are being fraudulent not honoring their side of the contract.

      Paid for a 6 year plan on 5/27/21 and finding out they are now out of business. They owe a lot of people a lot of money.

      I purchased a 6 yr home warranty from Complete Care Home Warranty. I was told that I could conceal at any time and get a prorated refund. I tried to contact the company to cancel and get a pro-rated refund only to find the company is out of business. There is no way to contact the company.

      I bought a 6 year Home Warranty package for $2,012 from Complete Care Home Warranty back in 2020, that I've never used. I tried giving them a call today to create a service request, only for me to discover that their number has been disconnected. I tried doing a search online and it seems the company no longer exists as I'm unable to find a website for them. I need help getting a refund from them please.I was promised all the coverage I had with my previous company, a discount for pre-paying for 6 yrs, with a Senior discount!!! The rep told me he had worked with this company for around 8 yrs. A real smooth talker he was. ***** was his name. And he went so far as to give me his direct #, in addition to the "Company" #!!! Yeah right, it was the same # that I read in other BBB reviews.What I don't understand is that at the time I researched them and they were in the top 5 of the Home Warranty Companies. I did my due diligence to make the right decision at that time.Policy #******** for coverage Nov 2020 - Nov ****

      I have a home Warrenty with them starting 01/11/2022 to 07/11/2025 and this company is out of business and I also have some reimbursement to get from them around $400
