      I spoke with *** from Elite Home Warranty and he was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about the product he was selling. You have a very good salesperson working for you. I purchased my home warranty with you and have been telling my friends.

      As a senior citizen (75 years old). with a partial permanent disabilityI am highly disappointed with explanation of benefits which was provided to me after I signed up for services. This company does not provide coverage for the major parts for repairing a heating and air conditioning system!The technician who came to my home, reported that my system may have a leak, would need a compressor. and all wires needed replacement!My system had been working prior to me signing up for the warranty!!!!!!!! It is impossible that these issues were not functioning!!!!Prior to buying this property, a through inspection was conducted: no issues The previous owner had a plan which expired prior to me moving in.I do not trust the technician who inspected my system.I do plan on obtaining a second assessment from a reputable HVAC company.Buyers Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!Do not utility this company!!!!!!!

      Was the first person I talked to that did not make you feel pressured into making this purchase. He seemed to have a good grasp of everything the company had to offer.I am definitely glad I went with Elite Home Warranty. I pray I don't need but if I do, I do believe they will do what they say they will.
