      To sum it up: ******'s actions in helping me could very easily be used in a "how-to- give great customer service". video. The incident in question was my second interaction with Elite Home Warranty and to say it was the worse case scenario would be understating the matter. Let me also say this: Elite Warranty handled this worse case situation EXACTLY like the contract states it word. A-1 job, Elite! Zariah was professional, precise, totally transparent and literally went the extra mile many times to help me through this issue. I can positively state that Elite lived up to the letter of the contract in fixing my issue and ****** led the way. Thank you ******. Thank you Elite. In a world where many promises are made and not kept, and many customer service reps seem to be merely going through the motions, my Elite Home warranty shone like the sun, and ****** hands down has to be the best customer service representative I have ever dealt with.

      I am not a paid actor, just an average home owner. I just got Elite Home Warranty coverage in April, 2024 and have already have had to use it twice since then and it's only July. I was nervous upon signing at first as they are located in ********, ** and I'm in *******, **, but they had the best deals so I thought I'd give them a try. I want to tell you...THEY ARE NO MISTAKE! They have already paid me $500 cash for my Microwave to be replaced and just today, another $419 reimbursement coming via direct deposit to my checking acct. in just a few days, for an electrical breaker for my pool that my "own" electrical technician, whom I was allowed to choose, charged me. They are quick, easy to work with and extremely fair. I'm paying about $800 a year for over $18K worth of claims coverage allowed and they allow me to pay it monthly. Now how can you beat that?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HIGHLY recommend them and on top of all that, they're extremely nice and thorough!

      From the start to the finish, I couldn't have been happier with the wonderful service I received! ****** and ***** from Elite warranty we're so kind and helpful and they went the extra mile to get my repair on my qashing machine fixed as quickly as could be done! ******, Who was my LG technician was amazing and so quick to diagnose and to fix my machine, and the care that he gave to make sure it was properly fixed was really appreciated! *****, Elite customer service support, was so wonderful, I can't say enough great things about her! She quickly understood the severity of my problem And Even was able to get a Technician out the same night. ****** and ***** We're the perfect team to help facilitate my repair!
