      I believe in complimenting those that deserve recognition so thank you to ***** for helping me with my decision to join the Elite Home Warranty. I had bad experiences with my previous company I had for the last 2 years, so I was very hesitant in making this decision. Time will tell but I did agree to 3 years and 4 months so I am hoping all will will work well as he assured me it will.

      *********************** is very professional and knowledgeable. He has a positive attitude and answered all of my questions. I feel confident in my home warranty from Elite Home Warranty.

      Let's see how fast that 4.96/5 drop. They used to be good but now it's so difficult to get a hold of them. After being on hold for *************************************************************************************************** back. On Monday 6/17/2024, I called to follow up with the same claim and they said they will tell the personnel assigned to my claim to call me back but they never did. This claim has been opened for more than two weeks now. I can go on with more details but I feel like I wasted enough time. Oh, and one more thing, don't you dare miss their call during your work hours or they will give you so much c*** about why you are not answering their call. I work so I can pay you guys, the premium plus $70 call fee when the problem doesn't seem to get fixed because you send technicians that fixes the symptoms and not the root cause.

      ************************* was very helpful and patient. He walked us through all the options and answered all our questions. When we had concerns, he worked with us to resolve them to our satisfaction. I appreciated working with him.

      I did a search for an accredited home warranty in ***********, *****. This company Elite Home Warranty came up. I saw their website, and decided to give them a call. THEY DO NOT WRITE HOME WARRANTIES IN THE ***** OF *****! Please fix your search for this company!

      June 2024 REAL person review. I'm not sure why this terrible company has such great reviews. The only reason we purchased our home warranty through them were the great reviews and I'll tell you, it's been nothing but a let down.First they used 15-plus minutes of high pressure sales techniques to try to get us to purchase a 5-year warranty instead of a 1-year warranty. We said no in every way we could think of and in every language we knew. They continued to pressure us to spend money we simply didn't have to buy more warranty than what we wanted.They make you wait like a month from the time the money leaves your account until your ********************** is active, so if you need it NOW, well that is just too bad. It doesn't matter that you spent the money NOW, your policy will be active when they say it will be active.Anything they deem is pre-existing to the policy is not covered. So if you purchase your policy a month ago, move into your new house, something breaks two weeks later, and then you call them once your policy is active and report the problem, well that is preexisting and just not covered.I see now this entire this is a waste of our money and a mistake. What a joke. These reviews are suspicious and this company has been just awful.Oh best part, I guess they didn't get enough money from me by just getting money for DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING that now they SELL MY INFORMATION and I'm getting called from all their partners calling to offer me their great deals. This whole thing was a rip off, a waste of time and money and worst of all, just so disappointing. I am not sure why my experience with this terrible company varied so much from their reviews, but it sure did. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR.... SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS AWFUL WASTE OF TIME, SPACE, AND EFFORT COMPANY. That is the best advice I that I didn't get when I was in your position and shopping around for a home warranty.

      ***** took wonderful care of us as we worked with the repair man in the completion of the work done on our service claim.Its very important to us to have a company that closely coordinates with the repair person to make the process as smooth as possible.Thanks again to ***** for her assistance.*********************************

      Besides having few complaints at the Better Business Bureau the staff was great. They explained that they are very transparent which is so different than the last home warranty company that I had for years. I hope to have a long term business relationship with Elite for years to come.
