      Good coverage, reasonable service charge. My representative *** went over everything with me and answered any questions I had. Very professional and spent time answering any concerns I had.

      I filed a claim for my garage door. Within two hours of the claim they called me back and said they had ordered a motor and would ship it to my house. Around an hr or so after that they called back and already had my scheduled repair man date which was just less than a week. And they didn’t order just a no name motor but a named brand smart one. So far very impressed with Elite.

      *** was amazing and professional and patient, he took the time to explain the coverages, billing and process. I feel confident in the coverage that will be provided by elite. For the policy buying process he made it amazing. However I always give 2 reviews the pre and post. As of right now Im excited and thrilled about this opportunity! But once I do whenever the time come make my first claim at that time we will get the true review. But as far as *** is concerned he goes above and beyond for the customer and I will gladly recommend my family and friends to him.

      We had issues with contractors and ******* was understanding ** as the customer and went the extra mile needed to resolve our issue. Well done. As a Realtor for most of my career, Inhave sold many home warranties policies and I have found Elite to be the best. I use it myself and feel comfortable offering to my clients.

      Amazing! Being in the military my lifestyle can get hectic, but ******* was excellent and worked with my schedule to get me set up. I truly appreciate that! He answered all the questions that I had and messaged me personally to set up a time to take care of my needs. I'm excited to be a part of the Elite family!!!

      Nir, the customer rep, was great; that is where the 5 starts came from. I have not requested a service yet, and I am not sure if that would change after the first claim. I am glad the company is BBB credited and is local.
