      Just spoke with ******** and I am impressed with my new Rep. with Elite. ******** very patiently answered my questions until I felt comfortable moving forward. I like that I will keep him as my account contact in case I need to have a repair etc. I think having the same contact is a huge bonus! I found Elite off the BBB site. Elite has an A+ rating!

      Fantastic experience with this Home Warranty company. I have not been impressed with other companies because they tried harder to not do a job then to do the job that I paid a fee for. And, they did the same thing to the people that did the work. Elite is the real deal! The A/C company was out to my house the next day and Elite had paid them before they even left my driveway. That is a game changer. Wish I had found Elite before all the other jokers I paid. ******* was get also in making sure the job was done to my liking and had great communication skills! I like that!!
