Nir was extremely helpful and kind. We have had bad experiences with our current home warranty company so we were looking to make a change. Our first impression of Elite was a breath of fresh air as a result of the excellent service Nir provided to us. He was able to answer all of our questions and provided us with a list of options for us to choose what fit our needs and budget.
