Nir was very helpful. I called back in August 2023. I liked what I heard, but I needed to do a few things first. *** did not bother me, he did not bombarded me with text , calls or emails. Last night I decided to go with Elite Home Warranty but I couldn't remember the company's name. Nir happened to send me a text message this morning. I texted back Please call. Nir called me with in a few minutes. I purchased the plan and I am praying Elite is ****% better then the other Home warranty companies I have worked with. I am hopeful. The BBB shows the best rate I have ever seen for a warranty company.
