5 starsThis was my first experience using Elite and Brandon was my customer service rep. I am extremely impressed by the level of concern and follow through that the company made from start to finish. I had the pleasure of working with Mazen K*****. He was very professional and he explained everything very well. I wish all of the companies would hire people like Mazen to work in customer service. This is the best service I have received since COVID and it was very refreshing. I was very pleased how he handled my claim and would refer Elite to my friends and family. Sincerely, ******

Nir was extremely professional, helpful, and patient on the phone. He explained the plan and forwarded the individual coverages to me. He worked to customize a plan to suit my needs that includes coverage for roofing and my irrigation system. Elite has an A+ rating with the better business bureau so I feel very confident in purchasing a home protection plan with them. I like that their service department is stateside. I've called 3 other companies inquiring about home warranties, Nir from Elite is the first one who didn't use high pressure sales tactics which i appreciate very much. 5 stars*** was very great and thorough. He explained everything to me and asked if I had any questions for him. He is very professional. I have been with my current warranty company for 16 years and just went down hill so I am so glad to be coming to such a top rated company now
