Outstanding service from getting a technician out for my air conditioning and unfortunately it was the wrong guy. You then pivoted to the same technician that was helping my Mom with her air conditioning and had him sent here and he fixed the problem and got everything back on track. Brandon and I believe Elizabeth were both so kind and helpful. I will make sure to recommend Elite to all friends and family. Thanks Again

I am new to this company and I just have to say they are totally amazing. I called the with an issue on my refrigerator that they said they dont cover. It was the plastic cold cut draw guide under the shelf that broke. They still ordered the part and sent it to me! I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!Elite Home Warranty

5 starsThe service seems too good to be true after talking to Nathan about all the terms and agreements. I’m looking forward to continue working with him moving forward. He seems very knowledgeable about the company and their practices! He has been willing to explain anything you have questions about, which I have trust issues with home warranty companies so I asked a lot of questions.
