I enjoyed talking with Nathan, explaining and taking the time going over the plans that fit my needs. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and made it with less stress hassle in choosing. We are new customers so have only had 1 experience, but I was very pleased with the urgency to get our heater working again, especially during the cold nights. We had a very friendly person come out right away and he fixed our problem in an hour. I appreciated the follow up the next day from Jayme at Elite... nice touch!Elite Home Warranty

1 starThese guys have a real problem with spamming prospective customers and not responding to requests. I asked them to stop calling and emailing me and got over 10 phone calls in one morning in addition to at least 10 emails from two different people. All of these other than responses to my specific email were complete spam automatic and gives me a bad taste for this company, does not make me want to do business with them. Why are they so desperate for customers and unable to just provide the coverage documentation?Review fromKevin M
