5 starsFirst time using a home warranty and I was afraid to call just waiting to receive excuses about what was covered and what wasn't. To my surprise the whole call went smoothly the lady representative that took my call ( Tracy I think was her name) from Elite was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful with our situation ( our dishwasher stopped working) and she assured me she was going to send a technician ASAP. In fact the following day she sent a local technician that did a throughout inspection and found the issue. After approval by Elite the technician repaired our dishwasher and it's working like new again. I can't be happier for having chosen Elite and the technician that work for them.Review fromRobin W

I received excellent customer support from the Representative! Based on the problem with my ********* refrigerator, she located the right technician to repair it! The technician arrived within the 2 hour timeframe provided, was very professional and extremely knowledgeable of the problem.
I was a little hesitant when I was researching for a home warranty, but Elite did check all my boxes of concern positively! So far, I'm very happy and content with the support and services received!Elite Home Warranty

****, their rep is great, However: No way to access my account online, you have to call to talk to someone! OK I guess but no information online about the policy I've paid for. **** got the waiting period waived from the day it's activated before a claim can be submitted which is a great feature. Still need to catch up to the 21st century where all access is online!Elite Home Warranty

Worst company to deal with - listen to their representative talked to the service technician, if , I worked over 52 years and had thousands of employees, if one of them talked to a service contractor or anyone like Elite’s representative did I would fire them on the spot-you do not treat another person like that.

Customer recently signed up, his account is new. Coverage started on January 20th, 2023. Customer submitted a claim on February 7 for a leak in the ceiling. Technician arrived to the property within 24 hours and performed the diagnosis. Customer gave the technician permission to cut open the ceiling without any prior authorization. The leak was determined to be caused by water splashed outside of the bathtub, no plumbing issues were identified. Management reached the tech asking why and who instructed him to open the ceiling and he replied the customer authorized the work to be completed without our consent or approval. We later recommended that technicians obtain authorization before performing additional actions for future reference, customer jumped on the call and requested to cancel the account. Account was cancelled, copay was refunded and a full refund was issued instantly. The call with the technician was handled properly, our claim concierge treated the situation with the utmost care. The call was reviewed multiple times by management and no negligence was found. Management later tried reaching out to customer to offer additional support but he rejected. We treat every home like it is ours and we have a process in place to ensure quality service and the best service experience.Review fromjenica t

5 starsFirst time with this warranty and I'm extremely impressed. Broken refrigerator note in perfect working order. Customer service is top notch. Zach is professional and goes above and beyond. I have noting but good things to say.
