    I have a voice recording with one of the workers there , two of whom I spoke to was highly unprofessional and disgusting.. I was able to get a second opinion on my A/C without having to pay for a new one and although they cover 2 a/c units under the platinum package I was denied without reason . Oh ,and it took them a month from June to now to let me know. If it wasnt for my persistent calling I never would have known I was denied. The case is still pending on their website. This company is a scam and should be ashamed of themselves. I need a managers name now ! Honestly I need the CEO at this point , because the recording I have with one of your employees is groundbreaking. Descrimation , harressment, unprofessionalism, and for whatever reason apparently it became political telling a customer they must be a democrat since they know nothing is WILD. All of this for two parts needing repair??? GET REAL First premier .

    This company is the worst I have ever seen. I don't recommend them, turned in a claim for my hot water heater, I had no hot water for a month, then didn't want to help find a plumber, plumber keep dealing with them back and forth, wanting paper work that was already sent, then later they wanted to offer me $135. I don't know, maybe to pay someone, but anyway it still hasn't arrived. They should not be in business, and yet they still charged me a monthly bill.

    This company is the worse. Filed a claim and have YET to be paid because I had to pay out of pocket. Filed a second claim and was denied because they told me the part on my furnace wasnt covered. But when selling their product on the phone agreed to replace any appliance etc. they pulled this months payment out of my account FOUR times instead of just once and will not respond to any of my cancellation emails to cancel this policy. They are a joke. Dismissive on the phone

    I called them on June 23, 2025 and I have an automatic withdrawal coming out to pay them. I told them I want to cancel and didn't want to renew both policies that I have with them. They said I had to do it by email. They sent me the email information and I put all the information on there and to cancel both policies. Later that afternoon, I wondered why I hadn't heard back from them. Then I called them and they said they have no record of it. I told them I did exactly what you told me. Finally they said ok we will cancel your policy but it will be $75 per policy to cancel them. It is poor way to do business.

    these salespeople won't stop calling i am now going to report them **** is one that won't stop calling i want to speak to ***** ****** BEAWARE DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE OUT OF NY and there rating are the worst i have seen the sales people keep calling and now the company being reported

    Avoid First Premier Home Warranty - A Complete Failure in Service I am writing this because I want to prevent others from making a significant mistake. Based on my experience, First Premier Home Warranty is a scam, failing to honor its commitments and provide even basic customer service.More than a month ago, I filed a claim - no response. A few weeks later, I called about my air conditioning issue, which, living in the southern U.S., is urgent. To this day, no one has called me back.On June 12, 2025, I called twice to follow up:* 10:16 AM EST (Duration: 10 minutes) - Spoke with a representative named *** (if that's his real name). He was flippant, dismissive, vague, and outright graceless. Instead of helping, he treated my concerns like an inconvenience.* 10:52 AM EST (Duration: 12 minutes hold + conversation) - Attempted to escalate the issue, but the next representative was just as dismissive. Despite my repeated requests, he refused to connect me to a supervisor.?Instead, he kept asking pointless, repetitive questions to stall the conversation, then directed me to email a complaint - something he hadn't mentioned earlier.When I started recording our conversation, he became agitated, demanding I stop - despite First Premier Home Warranty recording customer calls themselves for "training purposes." He threatened to terminate the call in 10 seconds unless I stopped recording. I complied and ended the call.This is not how a reputable company operates.First Premier Home Warranty needs to be held accountable. I challenge them to:1. Find and publicly share the call recordings to prove whether their customer service is acceptable.2. Explain why repeated requests for managerial oversight were ignored.3. Demonstrate how their so-called warranty actually helps customers.If you're considering a home **********************, avoid this company at all costs. Their failure to respond, assist, and take accountability speaks for itself.

    I signed up with them. I live in *******. I needed a plumber. Each time they sent me a name, no one would work with them. I want to cancel and they want to charge a $75 cancelation fee. Why should I pay a fee if everyone they choose to send won't come here.They disconnect the phone calls and won't call you back. ****************. I have been trying to reach the guy that sold me the policy but he won't take my calls.

    Actually, ************ does not deserve any stars! Ive been with 1st Premier Home Warranty for six months and filed only two claims, both denied. I only switched to them because my previous warranty companys monthly fee was getting more expensive over the years. First Premiers **************** is nearly unreachable, long wait times end in disconnections, and when I do get through, they are rude. When asked to speak to a manager I was told one was not available and the manager doesnt have the access to give refunds because thats not in the policy. For both claims, I had to follow up repeatedly just to get a contractor assigned. The contractors pretty much tell you that this company wont pay for it before they leave. When I tried to cancel, there was no resolution offered, told thered be a cancellation fee, and again, no one in management would speak with me. Their service is unacceptable, and Im requesting either a full refund or a cancellation fee waived. ************ is basically a scam taking peoples hard earned money and robbing customers of a peace of mind. ************ should not be allowed to operate under any circumstance.

    This company is dishonest. I never signed anything and want to cancel my policies but they say they charge ***** per policy. Fraudulent and dishonest.
