    Purchased a Home Waranty from this Company, salesman was *********************, he told me that it Covered the following: HOTWATER HEATER WASHER, Dryer, Dishwasher, Range, Refrigerator, plumbing problems any of these items would be repaired and if unrepairable, WOULD BE REPLACED, no expense to me! So My Hot Water broke down, they sent out their Plumber and he Determined it needed Replaced he turned in all pertinent information plus Photos of th Broken hot water heater, and 6 Days later my Claim was DENIED, The Reason an Idiot gave me they Dont cover Tanks, which is What a Hot Water Heater is? The Plumber ***** warned me that they Balk at anything over $500, and he told them this claim would be $1150, ************ is a SCAM! They Claim their available 24/7 for repair work, NO SO, they answer the phone but its 24 to 48 hrs for a repair guy to get to you? STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOME WARANTY COMPANY AS YOU CAN, dont fall for there Retoric like I did!

    It has been extremely difficult to get service set up. The agent, ****, is extremely rude and unhelpful. There is no person to which to file a complaint. I have waited over two weeks since calling and still have no service contractor assigned. When trying to cancel, it seems impossible to reach the cancellation department. MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT! I was so excited to contract with this company.

    i need to file a claim to the better business bureau ...this company just writes you off and they dont care what the situation is and i have contacted the better business bureau my star would be 0

    Buyer Beware! Rudest customer service I've ever dealt with. They just want your money and then deny your claims pointing to a poorly worded policy that any Attorney would have a good day in Court with. Stay clear of this Company.

    I called them out on my washing machine I was out of town did not have the model number. they never called me back from the model number. They sent out ****'s appliance which was fantastic said the washing machine was unfixable they sent in they sent in the model number and serial number. They turned around and offered me a $164 for my washing. Said sorry they already gave me the qoute for machine thats what I get. I can disputei it but i will get the same won'tdo any good. . .because they didn't have the motel which on ****'s appliance repair order had it on there. plus they email it to them I put in a dispute still to this day have not heard anything. Called them for my hot water tank and they would not come out because the claim was still open because I put a dispute on it and there's nothing that they can do.Take the offer I was told. Not even am sorry. I stop my premium until they can fix the problem. Still no response. The worst company ever.. Plus You can't talk to anyone higher up then the customer service department. Still trying.

    Have had several Home Warranty companies and switched to First Premier in June 2022. My first issue that I needed my warranty regarding my A/C First Premier got a service provider scheduled within 24 hours and the service provider came out the very next day and was able to resolve the issue I had. Thus far, with my first experience, absolutely A+

    Best claims department to deal with! Had many other warranty companies and this one has been a breeze! Recommend to join during there sale!!
