    This company is dishonest. I never signed anything and want to cancel my policies but they say they charge ***** per policy. Fraudulent and dishonest.

    If you could leave zero, I would. Stay away. We paid for a 3-year contract, ads said we could cancel early and get a refund for unused time, but they don't let you. We needed a garbage disposal repaired or replaced. None of the service companies they told us to call would do any work for this company. Then they told me I could get my own estimate and have it repaired. I did. The cost was $450. After months of calls and emails, the company finally agreed to pay $100. It has been 6 months and still not even the $100. Each time I call, they say give them a week, no check. They should be closed down.

    If I could give them zero stars I would. They never sent me a copy of my contract. They dont cover call out costs. When my washer needed repairs they offered me less than $150 to replace it. Every person I talked to on the phone was rude, I had to beg them to stay on the line with me to confirm they were sending things to the correct emailthey werent, repeatedly. I have spoken to at least 6 different people now about getting my washer fixed. My ac is also not working, but I cant open another claim until I accept the pathetic amount theyre offering for my washer. I should have taken the money I spent on this worthless home warranty and set it on fire, I at least would have gotten some warmth from that.

    Company spelled put what was included in their monthly home warranty program. When trying to make our first claim suddenly everything was an exclusion. They then tried to charge us a trip charge and a cancellation charge. When they sold it to us it was a monthly charge, cancel anytime. When we tried to cancel they hung up numerous times. The last time we tried to call and cancel the salesman berated and threatened us that he would ruin our creit, sell our contact info and make us sorry. This company is fraudelent and full of people who are awful

    I purchased this Home Warranty with First premier because they offered coverage on appliances and heating and air and roofing. They denied my first claim for a compressor for my ac. It is in the high 80s and they never tell you the claim is denied until you call them. When asking to speak to a supervisor, they put me on hold for 10 minutes, then hung up on me. I called back and was hung up on again.

    I would leave no stars if possible. I have tried to cancel my policy and they want me to PAY to cancel! Nope, There is no way to remove your credit on file with them. The website does not allow editing or removal. So, I have had to put a stop payment on my card to prevent them from continuing to charge me on a policy I want canceled, but they won't cancel it until I pay to have it canceled. Do NOT do business with these thieves!

    If I could go lower on rating this company i would. I had 1 small claim for a party for my HVAC. The company they referred me to was very good, punctual and friendly. The tech told me they have a hard time being paid from them and if I wanted it fixed that day I could pay for it or if pocket or wait for authorization. My furnace was not working and I had 2 babies in the house so I paid for it. I sent in my paperwork and it has been over 2 months and no reimbursement. I've tried calling them and was told the check was being sent out the end of the week and that was 3wks ago. A "person" called me to renew with them and I told them the situation and he said the check had been sent out and asked again if I wanted to renew. I said no, because I had not been reimbursed for the 1 claim for under $200. He hung up on me. I tried calling the company back and was on hold for 20 then hung up on again. I would not recommend this company. But reputable at all

    This the worst home warranty company I have dealt with. I purchased a 3-year plan in 2023. The first time using the contract was in February of 2025. My heating went out. They sent out a technician to my home. I paid the service fee, and the tech stated that it was my thermostat. Unfortunately, it was my ignitor. No care was given by First Premier whether my family and I froze to death. They offered $200.00 for this ordeal. As of today, I still have not received the check. Then, I placed a service call for my washer. The technician that was sent this time stated that it was my suspension system needs to be replaced. They never call the customer of the decision, so you have to call them. They stated that this was not covered. I explained that I had purchased the Premier Platinum Plan, and all components was covered. They hung up on me. So today, I called to cancel the remaining coverage, and the service representative stated that someone will call me back in 24 to 48 hours. I have been told this before and I never received a call back. This is just a scam.

    Very poor customer service. Hard to get Service Providers to come do the work under warranty; many have said they have issues getting paid by the Warranty company and thus are refusing new ******* NOT USE!!!

    First premier is the very worst. Best advise run! They are never reachable, their technicians take forever to come out. Their supervisor, ******* Petroblli is the worst employee ever. They are insensitive and nonchalant. The entire team lack empathy and customer service. I wish there was a zero star rating. 1 star is too good for first premier. Horrible experience
