  Same as others complaints. Heater broke and diagnostic and invoice was sent. Was told I needed to submit 36 months of maintenance recorded. I had the policy for 6 months. Do not waste your money. I will never again use one of these companies. Took four days to reach anyone. Just payed the $500 tjj on fix the heater out of my pocket. Total waste of money and time. I have nothing good to say about a company with no integrity.

  Since initial report, I have sent the entire invoice for the repair which I was told to proceed with. Company will not answer my phone calls. When I asked for there legal address they hung up on me. I have attempted to speak with a live person 5 times since initial claim was sent in to no avail. I have sent three emails, non have been replied too. This company refuses to communicate. This Company refuses to provide their legal address. Avoid at all costs

  **************** RUDE! Ive had 2 nightmare claims! They hire companies that are at least 45 minutes from my home when we have MANY companies here in town. My 2 nightmare claims consisted of a plumber they hired didnt follow procedures and did work before they approved and First Premier does not advise us beforehand. This plumber tried charging us double for labor and escalated material cost which was in actuality $150 and he charged over $900. Luckily my husband is in construction and knows costs. He also charged union wages for his high school son who is not a certified plumber and had him work on gas pipe leaks! Thus we had to pay the plumber due to him not following procedure. He billed us nearly $2000 but was only around $600. We only paid him for the materials $150 and his 6 hours of labor, not his sons time as he shouldnt have been allowing to work on such a dangerous job. The 2nd nightmare claim was for our downdraft exhaust system that the service call man called a vent! A vent is not covered m, but the downdraft system is covered. I sent pictures validating we do not have a vent! First Premier still would not cover.

  Today I learned that my credit card company reversed ALL CHARGES yeah!! I beat First Premier Home Warranty at their own game, and Im here to tell you exactly what to do if you find yourself at the receiving end of their cheating, thieving, lying scamming ways. File a dispute for your original charges with the credit card company you used. You will get your money back!! Then file a complaint with your attorney general. Someone in ******* single handed on her own got them BANNED. This company wont be in business much longer if they continue scamming people like they do. Please dont ever buy this product from First Premier scammers.

  THE WORST WARRANTY COMPANY OF ALL TIME. The guy at the call center literally belittled me and spoke to me like I was an idiot. When I got frustrated, he told me he would sing a little jingle to cheer me upWhen I asked to speak with his supervisor after he essentially told me I was a liar and didnt know what I was talking about, he refused to transfer me. What a waste of money. So much for having the security of a home warranty for if anything happens. I would give negative stars if I could because of the TERRIBLE experience I just had. They arent even deserving of a zero-star rating. Never in my LIFE have I ever been so disrespected.

  This company is unethical, unprofessional and is basically a scam. They take your money, and run and will not support what the sales person promises. They are a RIP off!!!!!!!
