    Called to setup service, an agent answered and was immediately rude. I explained what I had been previously told when signed up and the agent hung up the phone in my face. On top of that, Im still waiting on the service, do not sign up with these people. They are nice when you sign up for the service, but once you get it, they do not care to live up to their agreement !!!! Waste of money, I am not happy

    First Premier Home Warranty by far the worst home warranty, and ***************** Its terrible. Try to get a hold of them the phone rings forever. When you file a claim they dont cover you. They use every excuse why they cant do it. If youre smart youll stay away beware is someone else youll never get your moneys worth. Even the Contractor that they assigned to me advises me not to work with them as they said they do not want to do business with them as this company will deny all claims. Cancelling your contract is nightmare. My policy is a 5 year contract, my first year will end this March 2023, and when i ask to cancel, they are charging me a $1440.00 cancellation fee. I paid them $2041.41 for a 5 yr policy plan + 1 free year, and the one and only time i file for claim, they denied, so i have not use them yet, but they are only willing to refund $601.41. This is not fair. No Star rating! Please stay away from this company.

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH. Signing up with these con artist is the biggest financial mistake I have ever made. . . . . WORTHLESS!!!

    LESS THAN ZERO IS MY RATING.**** ONLY PURPOSE IS TO SCAM.NOT ONLY ARE THEY TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT (DOUBLE PAYMENT) THEY REFUSE TO REPAIR MY COMPUTER, OFFERED A $100 PAYOUT WITHOUT ASSESSING THE ISSUE. YOU SEE THE ***** NOW THE LOW LIFE MFS ARE CHARGING ME $75 TO CANCEL THE PLAN, OTHERS ARE BEING CHARGED $50. EITHER WAY MY PAPERWORK DOES NOT REFLECT ANY SUCH THING.I HAVE A RECORDINGS OF MY INTERACTIONS WITH THESE PEOPLE, ONE REP WAS MORE INTERESTED IN SINGING - DRUNK SOUNDING AS OPPOSE TO TAKING MY CONCERNS SERIOUSLY.I WILL POST A DETAILED DESCRIPTION SOON.
