    Absolutely terrible customer service and worthless policy! After trying to use the service, it seems that they have so many exclusions about what they cover that you really aren't covered for much.
    To cancel, first I went to the sales person who sold me the policy. He never responded to my cancellation request.
    Then, I called the generic customer service number to cancel and they said they couldn't do that and that I'd have to send an email (this process is not defined in the initial agreement - how convenient for them) and that there is a separate department who handles cancellations.
    After waiting a couple of days with no response or acknowledgement of my cancellation request, I called the generic customer service number again. I was informed that it could take up to 14 days for someone to reach out.
    I explained that was unacceptable and asked to be transferred to the cancellation department, which they did and then i was put on hold for 15 minutes before I got to speak with ****.
    He said they didn't have a record of my request but they would have someone call me within 24-48 hours so they could determine my pro-rata refund.
    I asked **** why they needed 24-48 hours to determine this as surely they have a computerized system that could calculate that immediately. He explained that he had to input a request for another department to calculate it.
    So, I'm still waiting for my refund.

    We were contacted by first premier home warranty to look at a customer garage door. ******************** worked with us and the homeowner to resolve the issue. The customer said ***************************************** has always taken great care of them. I would recommend them to any home buyer.

    Stay as far away from this company as you can. They will sell you on "extras for free" and "discounts" but then won't provide the service, tell you to call back in 24 hours dozens of times and then refuse to honor the contract and make up random "fees" if you ask for a refund.

    Amazing home warranty company! We were with ****** for years and it was awful. We have had 3 claims this year. They are kind, professional and caring. Technicians have been sent within 24-48 hours and the work was completely satisfactorily. We highly recommend them (and do.)

    This is the worst warranty company to deal with, they go out of way to deny your claim. My A/C unit went out so l called them to have a technician to come out to diagnosed the problem it took two weeks to receive a email from them of the company that claim was referred too. Upon contacting the company they where not aware of a referred. I called back premier who informed me to try and find my own company for the service and they will be refund my service fee. The company that l contacted to give me the diagnosis indicated that unit need to be replaced due to a bad coil. Well they denied the claim saying that a circuit breaker in the house cause the problem. This information was not the problem nor was it written in the report. I still have not received my refunded service fee after over two months of being lied to by the so call service manager by the name of ****. Be aware this company is only interested in your service money and not any form of customer service.

    I paid $2123 for a Five Year plan. That should have been a red flag. At the time that I signed up for the First Premier Home Warranty, I was searching for First American Home Warranty. First Premier Home Warranty captured my search duping me into thinking I was signing up for First American Home Warranty. First Premier Home Warranty ("the company") sent a contractor on October 5 to repair my washing machine. When the contractor called First Premier Home Warranty, he was given the run around with the company seemingly not knowing what the contractor was talking about. The company requested that the contractor send an email showing a breakdown of the cost for approval. As of today, the contractor has not received a reply. It appears as if I was scammed and the company is not going to honor my claim and the company had engaged in a fradulent phishing campaign and they took advantage of me, a senior citizen and a disabled veteran,I would like to cancel my policy and receive a full refund of the premium that I paid

    To be fair price is competitive and they did set me up with a technician within their allotted time. But you get what you pay for. There is nothing else good about this company. My claim that was filed a month ago is still "in process." You have to call repeatedly to not only to get updates but to get your claim processed otherwise it will sit stagnant. You can only submit one claim at a time which was not communicated upon purchase and is not in their brochure. I've had to fix/replace several things on my own that would have been covered by them. I asked about canceling my policy and getting money back and they can only give me an estimate not an exact number! I think this company is fraudulent. I'm convinced home warranties are a joke.

    I had 2 claims with them one for my microwave. I had a electronic sensor fail that sensed if the door was closed or not but they said that because it was the door that failed they could not do anything last I checked it was the sensor not the door. Then my dishwasher they denied because I did not have a water softener. Even though I perform maintenance on my dishwasher regularly Either by ****** at or dishwasher cleaner as I can show via ****** recipes apparently if you dont have a water softener then your claims are not going to be covered. They will try to weasel their way out of paying for anything. Additionally it took 1.5 months to finally be denied for the microwave and 2 months for the dishwasher. No company was willing to work with them to get any repairs done either because they have such a terrible reputation.
