1 starI went to plaza Hyundai service in October 2024 because I was having an issue starting my car which I told them I thought is was the battery and also I was getting a message on the dash that the daylights were not working properly. After waiting 3 weeks for an appointment I had the car serviced and was told the they needed to order a part for the headlights and that they charged the battery and it was fine. They told me they ordered the part and it would take a few days and they would call me when it was in. Nobody ever called me and I called them five times to be told each time someone would get back to me and this never happened. The car broke down again in November and I was unable to start and now it needed to be towed to the shop on Thanksgiving weekend which I tried to avoid but that is what happened. After sitting there all day I was told it was not the battery but they needed to keep the car to do a full inspection as what was the issue. I asked for a rental car and was told they do not do this anymore. After keeping the car the weekend I was told it was the battery and they would change it and the headlights were fine. The headlights are still giving me problems and I contacted Hyundai corporate to file a complaint with no resolution, Only asking me the same questions over and over again and stating I am sorry for your inconvenience. Everything I said was over their head. I was lied to about it needing a part and disrespected with no follow up call. Very poor customer service and I have used them for years.Review fromDenise J

1 starI went to have my 2023 Honda HRV with less than ***** serviced on 9/20/24, I met with the service manager, and I explained that my battery has be charged very often. They had charged it before. They told me that I don't drive it enough. However, they told me I can change the battery, due to the fact that those cars had been sitting on the dock for a long time, during the Covid19 Pandemic and that could have been the reason why the battery doesn't start. At the same time, the sales manager can and offer me the deal on the 2024 Honda Prologue, which I didn't have a chance to investigate or research, but it met my financial situation of a negative equity. However, nothing about a 48-hour window to rethink my options was explained to me, before I felt compelled to sign off on the 2024 Honda ***************** Car, which is an SUV. In fact, I didn't even get to choose the color or test drive it until the deal was signed. I saw one in the showroom, and I thought it was a bit too big for me to drive, but it looked so nice and roomy that I felt safer than my HRV. It wasn't mentioned that the cellphone compartment wasn't be left with any metal on it, including my cellphone that required charging without it being in a cellphone case, only after the sale was, I informed of the dangers of this purchase. Therefore, they already knew about it (Lemon Laws) is what made this deal look like a good value to rectify my negative equity. It already had four (4) miles on it when I received it. Was it previously owned and quickly returned. I put down $1500 on top of my trade and still had a higher payment than I expected to be able to fit in my budget. The Honda Prologue has been in the service department more times than I have driven it, I also didn't ask for ****** service. Now I am driving a lemon that overheats my cellphone to the point that I can't touch my cellphone, it's too hot to handle. That was disclosed after the final signature on ******** with the finance manager.Review fromKevin L

1 starPurchased a vehicle from them on 7/5. Turns out the parking sensor system doesn't work. Took the vehicle into the servicing department on 7/24 to have it looked at. That day, they told me that they needed to order a replacement part, that it should arrive in about 2 days, and that they'd call me once it arrived so I could bring my vehicle in to be fixed.Since then, I've received no communications from them. I've called them 8 times in the past month (it's now 8/22) about the status of this part, and each time the person on the phone says they can't help me but that someone else can, and that other person would give me a call back the same day or the next day. But I've never received a call back. They have repeatedly made broken promises and lost all trust. It really feels like they just don't care after making the sale, and hope for me to give up so they don't have to honor their warranty.Review fromHusam A

Went to service spoke to them about the issue informed me that if fuel tank issues while be replace. Then after 2 months i did go and visit family agin in ** long distance it happened agin after replacing. I had went back to service they said sometimes one of 100 of these vehicle cause issues like that and they replace another fuel part at that point im afraid to drive the vehicle. I contacted Honda to get me different vehicle and they give me the runing around they dont want to replace or close my lease they want me to be responsible for car that have issues cause by manufacture. I had got case # call and contacted dealership and they said they cant help me contact the Manufacture so I pay for vehicle that I cant drive. Now its my fourth time taking the vehicle back for The same issue everytime I drive the vehicle long distance. Its unfair that inapy every month for lease of vehicle that should be working and doesnt work.Review fromLisandra P

My daughter just started working at this dealership as a junior sales associate. She was told in the interview that she would be paid $25/hr. After she started work, during her first week, they sprung on her that rate is only paid for training (2-4 weeks). At the end of her first week, the dealership told her that the hourly rate drops to a flat rate of $650/wk + 10% commissions on cars sold. At the beginning of the second week, she was informed that the weekly pay would only be $150. My daughter has limited work experience and is a young person afraid to rock the boat and ask for copies of paperwork or her salary in writing. This dealership hired all young people with limited experience aged 17-21.This dealership is taking advantage of these young, impressionable people with limited work experience. This employer deserves a 0 rating.Plaza Auto Mall

1 starPlaza Honda's Deceptive Practices and Broken Promises.Beware of Plaza Honda, a dealership that epitomizes the worst in the automotive industry. My experience with them has been a nightmare of deceit, broken promises, and unabashed greed. They delivered the car to my house at an inconvenient hour and added a secret $1100 Tire Warranty to my bill. When I rejected it, they promised to fix it the next day, but it was all lies. Despite numerous calls, they continued to deceive me until I escalated the complaint to corporate Honda.Over 12 weeks have passed, and the issue remains unresolved. Plaza Honda's actions show a complete lack of integrity and a willingness to exploit customers. They are the biggest thieves in the business, and I urge you to avoid them at all costs.Plaza Honda: A den of deception and thievery that cares nothing for honesty or customer satisfaction. Save yourself the pain and find a reputable dealership elsewhere.Review fromDamien T

2 starsCalled in at least a week before my temporary plate was set to expire and was told I would have a call back in a day or two with an updates I never received a call. Called the dmv and they said they have no paperwork filed for a plate. Called back the dealership and was told they have a box of plates sitting there and will go through them and call me back in the evening with a reply. Again no call back. Called again the next day and was told the plate was not there and now it will somehow magically appear on Friday. My temp plate is now expired and I have no way to get to work . They are irresponsible and could careless about doing their job. Not to mention the car is CPO and should have been checked over , meanwhile within a month the skid plate has now fallen off and a different Honda repair shop is saying its the fault of the previous shop who did the oil change as the part was not installed correctly. This should have been checked and done correctly if you are a certified Honda dealer and repair shop.Review fromKaylin W

1 starThis is by far the worst experience that I've had with this dealership! My family and I have been affiliated with Plaza Honda since the late '90s and loved the team. This led me to lease a 2019 Honda Civic EX, which I absolutely adore. Being that my lease was ending in Oct '22, I began the process of looking for my next vehicle in August '22 as I was aware of the production difficulties many dealerships have faced. It is now April 1st, 2023 and I have yet to receive my vehicle. In these 6 months, I have been greeted with unprofessionalism, greed, and negligence. In November, one of the sales advisors, ***********************, refused to give me a test drive unless I was going to make a deal with him because he "did not want to split the commission" with my original advisor. On December 23, 2022, I received a call that the car was in stock, however, if I didn't pick it up the same day, they were going to sell it (despite putting down a deposit to hold the car in my name). After I explained that I had tested positive for the flu and would not pick up the car until the 27th when I was better, the sales manager said "It's business so we are going to sell it" They were more concerned with their commission than anything else. Following this experience, I filed a formal experience with Honda Corporate, where I was told that there is no stipulation that a car must be sold in 24 hrs and that my deposit is supposed to hold my car for however long. From then, I received several calls per week about vehicles that I was never interested in. There has been no improvement since then.My final straw with this business was when I paid for a car, had my credit ran, and signed for a car that was in ******. After being promised home delivery, processing my down payment of $5000 and appraising my Civic, I received a call an hour later that the car I paid for was not even the car I wanted. As I went to the managers to voice my frustration, ***, ***** and **** were extremely dismissive. 0/10
