      Lookout for con artist so call (Client Advisor) ***********************. After putting a $500 deposit down on a car he promised he'll have vin number by the next day. To no avail, After numbers attempts of phone tags in a 3 day period he tried giving a bogus vin number. I had a feeling it was so I just said you're giving me a bogus vin he stated that it didn't matter. That what matter was that my car was on it's way. When again I asked for the vin he stated that he didn't have it because they were in the midst of building it. I have been trying to get my $500 refund since March 8th and today is March 27th. I'm avoiding having to go in person but I can tell this is a common unethical practice at this dealer. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

      Plaza Kia is the worst. I took my car to get serviced in mid-January because it was not accelerating past 45 miles per hour. A week later, they called me to let me know it was fixed to the tune of $2,600. I go to pick it on 1/16 and try to get on the ************* Expressway and my car still did not accelerate past 45 miles an hour. I call the service advisor immediately and he tells me to return. They do a quick assessment in the bay and somehow determined it was an engine issue, without driving it, that they claim was connected to a factory recall. The next day the service advisor calls me and asks for my oil change history to file with the "claim". I make copies of all service receipts dating back to when I bought the car in 2016 that has only been serviced by ***. A week later I call and he tells me my claim was approved and it would take 2-3 weeks to fix. I call every week following that but can't get a clear answer on when I would get my car back. I decide to show up on 2/23 and was promised my car would be ready 2/27; it was not done until 3/1 and they charged me for a battery at $190 that I did not need. Well my car still does not accelerate past 45 miles an hour. Someone from Plaza called me on 3/2 to ask about my experience, which was the worst, and later her "manager" called to ask that I bring it back in at no charge to me with a loaner which I did not receive during the first 5-6 weeks they had my car. Well, I called that "manager" everyday the week of 3/6 - 10 to get the same run around; no action. Also, the receipt I received when I finally got my car back says that the mechanic test drove it which I know for a fact is a lie, because anyone driving my car would see and hear immediately that there is still a problem. NEVER GO TO PLAZA KIA OR ANY OF THE OTHER DEALERS LOCATED THERE. They are scammers and only want to take your money.

      This Honda Dealership is by far the worst Dealership! Please take your business elsewhere as there are many other Dealerships throughout the City. The managers at this location are very unprofessional and act as though you (the customer) should worship them. They don't care about your business and if unable to trick you into a deal, move onto a new less knowledgeable customer. It a nut shell, it's pretty much their way or the highway.
