      I submitted an item which was received by them on 7/12 after chatting and talking to their customer service I was told that the item sat in a warehouse for 5 days because Rebag is backed up with items. 17 days later still have not received my funds and was informed that I could not speak to any management or they have no number to speak with corporate. I would rethink selling anything using this platform. They do not care about their consumers etc.

      Please never consign with Rebag. It has been more than a month that I was supposed to receive a return of a product I consigned with them. The customer representatives never tried to support in filing a claim in ****** This is a very shady company that never take any customer seriously. Extremely frustrating

      I wanted to share this review for those who are thinking of selling with Rebag. They gave me the highest quotes for my LV and Prada bags so I accepted and mailed my products in. I then started second guessing myself as I saw very negative reviews about this timeliness issues etc. I got an email confirming they got my item pretty quickly. They took 11 business days to inspect my vs the 5-7 business days they note on their email which was fine. There was the 4th of July holiday so they might have been backed up. They reduced the quote by $20 on my LV and $75 on my Prada bag. This was fine as their offer was still hundreds more than the other resellers such as Fashionphile. Etc. Once I accepted the new offer they placed the funds into my wallet immediately and processed the payment in 1 business day. It appears for a few years Rebag had timeliness issues and they were hard to reach on the phone but I called them twice for general questions and talked to someone within 10 min. I would definitely sell to them again.

      RUN from this company! Dishonest and terrible customer service. Buy from RealReal or Fashionphile instead. I sent a brand new-in-box pair of *************************** shoes in as trade for a Chanel bag. It was all done in the same transaction. The bag shipping was delayed, and when I told REBAG that I would be out of the country and needed them to change the shipping window, they refused and instead canceled my purchase. They then sold the bag to someone else, AND refused to return my shoes I sent in as trade. Many emails back and forth asking for the same model bag, or returning my shoes and they stonewalled me. They were completely dishonest in taking my $1,200 shoes in trade for NOTHING. Never send your property to them - and know their shipping windows at purchase mean nothing.

      REBAG is terrible!!! Although they seem good for what they offer. What they offer also is very limited and has so many restrictions. Their website is awful and their customer service cannot do hardly anything for their customers. Theres only been a few stores that has been this bad. They gave me $100 credit to use and their website was down and could not get anybody to help me with my order until the credit expire the next day!! Still had to wait 2 more days to finally talk to somebody. I reached out to my personal REBAG person named ****** twice, never received a response. Talk to ******* at chat and she couldnt provide me ANY help with what I needed except for me canceling my order out of frustration. TERRIBLE customer service, TERRIBLE website.

      i purchased a $6k bag from them on june 9th 2024. i also had a trade in. it's now july 1st and i still do not have my purchase. they have my $6k and they have my trade in. every time i've gotten in contact with a representative they say "oh wait 2-3 days, vetting takes 7-8 days, etc" i received an email on june 25th stating that my trade has been processed, and i contacted a representative and she said within 2-3 days it should be shipped. guess what, it still isn't! got in contact again and they just said they'll escalate it. this is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. this business needs to be shut down, they're unreliable and inauthentic. the least this company could do is upgrade my label to have my purchase shipped faster, after waiting almost a month it's the least that they could do. terrible business practices and the people seem like they don't care. do not buy from them, i took a chance and am regretting it.

      I sold rebag a van cleef necklace and have been waiting for payment for weeks now. I have tried to contact them via email, phone, instagram messages, and their direct chat feature. I do not get a response to my question, and they have my item. I just want my money. Where is my item and what is the hold up? Zero communication at all.

      It shows blinking letters of "7 day refund no matter what" everywhere on the website, even right under the purchase area. I received my bags and I notice that those are not authentic. So I requested refund because it's not real, but they said no refund for any of the bags because it's all final sale.I understand about final sale but when I bring those bags to ***** and Prada, they also said it doesn't look authentic and because there isn't the ** code or anything they can confirm it's real. I looks so fake, so I took photos and gathered evidences and contacted Rebag multiple times. They only say it's all the bags they sell are authentic. I can't trust they "online certification" at all. It's very stressful.

      I submitted three bags over the course of a month. Two were inspected and paid out right away. The third one says received but no other information. Its been a month. I emailed and after several days someone said they would check with the warehouse but also never heard back again. I just want to know what happened to my bag?!!

      BEWARE of doing business with Rebag. They will "lose" valuable items that you send them for their trade-in program, and you won't get them back. I mailed my ******************** 30 bag to them for a trade and purchase. Rebag declined the bag, citing its condition, and mailed it back to me. Upon receiving the returned bag, I noticed they had "forgotten" to return the little gold key that I had carefully placed inside the bag when mailing it to them. It was in a thick white envelope inside the bag so that it would not be missed. I notified Rebag immediately. Their response was the key does not affect the amount we charge for re-selling the bag. I then asked if they would please check the area where they had my bag; perhaps the key just fell out. The response from Rebag was essentially we are too busy in the warehouse to even look for your property that we lost, and we will not check. What a terrible way to do business! I will NEVER buy any products from REBAG ever. They are not trustworthy. They are sloppy and they clearly have little regard for their customers. FYI to Rebag: just because YOU consider my property worthless to YOU does not mean it has no value to ME. The Speedy 30 key is an accessory to the bag. It holds value. I would have loved to give this to my 8 y.o. daughter ************* would have adored having the little key for the lock - which is now rendered useless. Rebag is a bad company. Do not deal with them.
