      Horrible company and awful application. Blocked my account and stole money from myself and mother, girlfriend and best friend when trying to start a fantasy football league. They wont tell me why my families accounts are blocked. I keep asking questions and they just say after a further review your account is blocked. I am also going to be speaking to the online gaming commission as well.

      I tired giving them no stars, but had to click something. Someone used my son's debit card information to set up an account with ********************** and charged over $1000 on it. When we found out, we cancelled debit card and contacted Underdog. We submitted bank statements and gave them debit card number. They said they would credit the account but since we cancelled card they could not. We offered a conference call with our bank to open account for the credit while on the phone and then closing it once completed. At that time, they told us they could not help us anymore. The card was used at local restaurants, so we asked for user information from them so we could find the culprit - they would not release anything to us. Last week, someone tried to use my sons credit card and although $250 was denied, $160 went through. They no longer respond to our emails and obviously didn't close account that was using fraudulent payment methods. Seems they will ignore illegal transactions in order to get their money.

      Tried withdrawing my funds so I wouldnt lose anymore to get my insulin. They suspended my account claiming gambling responsibility. I cant even sign in to check my withdrawal, and the money hasnt reached my account. Absolutely ridiculous. I need my hard earned money.

      I created an Underdog Sportsbook account using a promotion to get $100 in bonus bets with a $5 bet. I completed the terms and received the $100 in bonus bets. Two days later they blocked my account and would not all me to make any bets. Three days later, they finally gave me a response that my account was blocked on my device because I was using "location altering software", which is not true. I am using other sportsbooks on the same device without an issue. I also installed Underdog's mobile app on another device with the same results. I was not able to use the bonus bet funds. I was told that there was nothing that Underdog could do because their "third party location service permanently blocked my device". ********************** offers a subpar and shady service. There are other reputable sportsbooks, so I would recommend using those instead of the amateurish Underdog. I gave 1 star because 0 was not an option.

      My account is locked after attempting to withdrawal$1247 earnings. I sent in all required documentation and still havent heard anything back. Will be reaching out to my lawyer if situation isnt rectified!

      Please do not use this app to bet! Ive seen so many stories but did not believe it and still decided to give it a try. The moment you start winning money theyll find a reason to keep you from getting it and falsely state that you have violated their polices. If having family that uses this app to bet is a violation, your policy sucks! I spend my hard earned money everyday with you all and when I lose its not problem but Ive won lately and now you wont release the $940 I earned by restricting my account! They need to be shut down! I am very dissatisfied! I will be sending a demand letter before I talk to my lawyer about suing! These businesses that get over on the innocent needs to be held accountable! Im not standing by while they make money off us and decide to be greedy and heartless to their customers!

      Stay away. Underdog is very dishonest and shady. I had a message on my account that any deposit would be matched 100%. It literally showed me as I went through the deposit screens. If I put in $50, it showed me $50 cash and $50 bonus. If I put in $100, it changed to $100 cash and $100 bonus. I make the deposit because of this and there was no bonus in my account. I wait a day thinking that maybe they do it overnight or something and nothing. I reach out and after 2 days (slow response time as always) they get back to me saying that it was a display error on their app and that they won't be honoring it. I explain that this is very dishonest because it influenced my decision to deposit and how much. They disregard me and say that they aren't honoring their mistake. This was the last straw for me.They already have pretty much non-existent bonuses, and reneged on their own loyalty program. They also misrepresent winnings regularly. Whenever you enter a contest or place a bet with them they include the amount you bet in your "winnings". It's a sneaky way to make you feel like you won more than you did. You play $10 and they say you win 3x. But really you win 2x because it will be $30 in your account at the end. Technically its not completely wrong but anyone with gaming/betting experience knows that this is not how its usually represented.They are shady and dishonest. Stay away.

      This site literally didnt contact me when i won a hundred dollars this was my first time so i tried to logout and log back in to see if that would work but now i cant get into my acoount *** nobody is trying to get back with me they basically just stole my winnings its like their customers are not priority ill never play on that site again
