      Recently placed two orders with this company, order #*******, and order #*******, both have different tracking numbers, yet both had the same delivery date estimate. Order #******* showed up on November 07, 2022 and order #******* has never shown up even though the tracking stated that it did. Physically went and checked with my local *********** and checked with my one and only neighbor and no luck, then contacted **** with Mobstub who responded to my email telling me to do both of what I had already done as if I was attempting to pull something dishonest off. Sent **** a replay that I had contacted him as a last resort and had already checked with my *********** and my neighbor. If the company is unable to replace what I ordered then a refund is requested in the amount of $22.55.

      I am in process of a return of merchandise order number ******* Reference # of inquiry is *******. I received the return email info and a "print your return label" window. I can not print the return label. I wrote to Mobstub 3 times to inform them of the problem. No response. The shipping label expires 10/25/22.Also tried their phone number only to be referred back to web contact. PLEASE HELP

      I returned the lights that they shipped to me because they were NOT the lights that I ordered. I returned the lights to them via **** with the return address label that they emailed to me on 8/5/22; they received them on 8/8/22. I have emailed them 5 or 6 times to find out where my refund was. I never even got a courtesy response from them. My order number is *******.

      Order made on 6/25/2022 and payment withdrawn from my bank account on 6/27/2022. Still have not received the merchandise. Have tried twice to call but the number wasnt a working number. I have emailed their customer service twice with no response. I need the merchandise or a return of my money. The reference #**** and merchandise info is *********** **

      on 8/11/22 i placed an order for a white riley **** top for $22 size medium . Previously i had ordered a large blue ***** **** top and it was too big so i returned that one without issue and ordered a white riley **** top size medium. The "medium" top i received is poorly made with the arm holes being 2 - 3 inches too big so that the the sides of the top stick out under the arms and the top straps are not aligned with the body of top. Have shown the top to a couple friends for their feedback and they all agree the top is poorly sewn with poor structure. It looks like someone made it from their own pattern in a junior high school home ec class. I have sent emails to ******* * *********** on 8/21, 8/22 and 8/23 and have not heard anything back. I even included pics showing how the top does not fit properly. I would like to obtain an RMA # and shipping label from mob stub to return for a refund. The shirt is unacceptable.

      The business advertises extensively on Fb and other social media, offering for sale, among other things, "genuine leather" purses. The purse I purchased was NOT leather at all. The only leather on it was the tiny piece of leather imprinted "Genuine Leather." Totally false advertising!
