1 starDo not trust this company. When you really need help with your pet it is a nightmare to get to a vet. I canceled my account after 2 years being with them. I almost lost my fur baby as I wasted a hour trying to get through to them on the stupid app which did not work. Then today I tried to speak to someone that was very rude and uncaring in his texts his name was *******. I screen shot our conversation to take this further. You can never talk to a real person. Unforgivable service when it comes to your pet. I am so upset at this time and very frustrated with this company. This is one of the worst companies out there. They claim to reimburse up to **** dollars in vet bills in case of emergency. My dog was not eating drinking and crying out in pain. Contact pawp and they recommended taking her to the vet for an emergency visit. The dog had to have surgery on her cervical spine costing over **** dollars. Pawp denied my claim for emergency funds claiming it was a pre scheduled procedure. I had to submit vet records three times , each time they would have an excuse that records were not complete or something was cropped etc.they deny your claim and give you no recourse , you can't even contact them. They should suffer consequences for their unethical business practicesPawp, Inc.

Medical records can definitely be a tricky thing as they're comprised of many related documents, including SOAP notes, radiology reports, bloodwork reports, and other related records. Clinics and animal hospitals don't always provide this information upfront unless requested, so that can absolutely lend to some additional confusion. I insured both my pets. Never thought I would need it but thought it was good to have just in case. Well I have a just in case a couple days ago. My cat Baby was bleeding from his ********. I reached out to Pawp for advice and sent pictures. The vet suggested I order Nutramax for intestinal digestion issues not knowing any better I did just that. The next day I noticed it worse; I tried to bandage it and flush the wound nothing helped. I called his normal vet she said take him to the ** immediately. He was then given meds for uti and they did blood and urine work. The labs showed urate crystals in his urine and early signs of kidney disease. I was ordered and prescribed Hills KD food. I submitted the invoice, lab work with diagnosis to Pawp all to be told its denied with their conditions to submit an ************** application. If this is not considered an emergency than what is wait till my cat bleeds out? The amount he was passing was frightening. This monthly subscription is a waste what do I pay for? I will not recommend this service and I will contact my local news channel if not resolved. Im tired of businesses taking advantage over people who work hard and buy services to only find out when you need it its not available. This is a shamPawp, Inc.

The only medical bills they will cover are if your pet will die if they don't get care. But in order to cover the lofe threatening medical attention you must sit and wait for their vet to decide that the situation is life threatening. There is no regard for life. I received a response that their terms and conditions are available for review. There seems to be a void in their understanding that I am saying their terms and conditions are unethical. The condition for financial assistance that must be met is the pet must be in an eminent emergency. In order to receive financial support from Pawp, one must log in and wait until a vet agrees that the pet is at risk of death. Their practices leave pets in extreme risk. But as they repeat, with every complaint, their conditions are clear. The other consistent response they offer is the lack of asking how the person's pet is. They hide behind their legally ironclad conditions that have nothing to do with helping a pet or the people who love them. For most of us, we cannot fathom such greedy business practice. Shame on us for thinking an insurance company would do anything but take care of its bottom line.Pawp, Inc.

Although a specific company's terms may vary from company to company, you can find much of the same language in different Terms of Service documents. A fraud company, do not waste your money on this company. My dog was sick and was taken to an emergency animal hospital. I even went as far as doing a video chat and showing how sick my dog was. Long story short, 1 month later when the bill came out and I submitted a claim, they turned it down and said "Give ** hospital receipts showing your dog was sick, 5 years back" WHAT? Shows what crooks these guys are as a company. I would give 0 stars if I could.Pawp, Inc.

This company is absolutely a scam. My dog had to have emergency surgery, we did everything right, got the recommendation from the vet, took him within the 8 hour time frame, sent all the correct paperwork and after weeks of waiting got denied for no reason. Do not waste your money.Pawp, Inc.

3 starsI have to say, I was very pleased with the video vet triage. The Vet on duty was very helpful and seemed to really care about my cat. Everything went well up to the actual payment. The payment was $314 short. They would not pay for the **** fluid set-up or **** fluid maintenance. They also would pay for the catheters. They call those "Administration Fees" and therefore not covered. I have a hard time with that mentality as my cat had a urinary blockage and was very dehydrated. Those Items were two things that were absolutely indispensable to treat his emergency.Review fromDisa P

We have been paying for services for over a year and had our first emergency. Despite being advertised as 24/7, your service told us (on a Sunday afternoon) that no vet was available and in the chat to take care of our emergency and file a claim. Your chat assured the claim would be reviewed within 3 days **** It's been over that time and I cannot get anyone to respond. This is false advertising and fraudulent business practices on every level. You took our money for insurance and are now doing everything you can to avoid paying the bill.Pawp, Inc.

Waste of money, my dog got warts growing on his eyes, they repeatedly denied claims, even though dog was suffering, and my vet recommended them being removed asap! This insurance is useless, horrible web site, a scamPawp, Inc.
