      Ordered the Ade rd3 012 pro red dot sight and paid to have it overnighted, a couple days later I get a package but its the wrong red dot sight. I contact customer service and was told to send it back and they will send me the correct red dot. To speed the process up I actually paid for the sight again so they would go ahead and ship it before they got the one I sent back to them. A couple days later i get a package from them and its the wrong sight again, not the same one I got the first time but a different wrong sight. I contact customer service and was told that they have a problem and dont really know what it is but they dont carry the sight that I ordered and paid for twice and that i could either keep the one they sent me or send it back and get a refund. They still show the sight on their website so if they dont actually have the product they need to take it off to save someone from wasting their time and money ordering it from them and having to ship the wrong products back. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

      I had a really great experience purchasing with Focus Camera. The sales team is extremely knowledgeable and was ready to answer all of my questions to ensure I got the camera that fit my needs. I was able to call the customer service team and check the status of tracking which they quickly emailed over to me. It was a seamless process and most importantly, they care to help. Every time I spoke with someone they were pleasant, professional, and provided the answers I needed. Focus officially has a lifelong customer in me.

      Ordered electronic ear muffs over a month ago 01/24/24, checked today 02/27/24 after having no reply for a month only to find order was cancalled without notice. Attempted to contact store multiple times with no reply. Be Careful buying from this place

      I bought a pair of **** Headphones from store in Brooklyn, the store staff was really pleasant and the experience was painless. I will probably look to buy some of their music gear, it looked really cool in the store!

      The customer service team is very helpful! I had a problem placing an order and they helped sort it out quickly. They were also able to answer all my questions with the product, which I found very helpful.

      I've had several great experiences with Focus Camera, both in their Brooklyn store and online. They actually have a lot of electronics products (not just camera equipment) so I was able to do a big chunk of my holiday shopping last year just with them. Their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I've even recommended them to a few of my friends, who are also happy with the items they purchased.

      Focus Camera is A+ in customer service! I purchased a voice recorder from them through Amazon. Amazon sent me the wrong size SanDisk for the recorder and required I return the recorder along with wrong size SanDisk (and carrying case) - they wouldn't/couldn't just sent me the right size SanDisk. I called Focus Camera **************** and they took care of my problem right away! They sent me the right size SanDisk - they did not want me to have to wait to use my recorder (there was no need for me to return it) and possibly receive the a recorder with a wrong size SanDisk for a second time. Focus Camera saved the day! I appreciate their understanding and efficient response to my problem - the recorder was needed for business and I was on a tight schedule.

      I purchased a high demand item (Boss IR-2) that has been sold out everywhere and on extended backorder. Never expected a camera shop to come up in my weekly search for restocks of the Boss IR-2, but this shop showed it was in stock and also carries a limited selection of music gear. Jumped on chat to confirm item availability and **** assisted me. After some time in checking physical inventory against website inventory, he confirmed they received only one in their daily shipments. I placed the order while on chat and **** confirmed in a separate email that the item was secured. It was promptly shipped the same day, carefully packed and I received it in 3 business days.I cannot thank **** enough for helping me secure this particular piece of gear. I have owned it for about 5-6 weeks now and very happy with it.
