      Website processed my order but they did not honor a discount code and canceled the order without bothering to even notify me. Lots of other one star reviews here! Wouldnt waste my time w/ them, too many reputable options out there.

      I ordered an Arturia Keystep from Focus Camera LLC that was listed on Amazon and they shipped it in only its original packaging. They didnt double-box it with bubble wrap. Just slapped the shipping labels on the product box and shipped it as is. No tape keeping the box closed either. This is highly frowned upon and allows anyone to see what is being shipped to me. The lack of care that this company demonstrates by not protecting their customers orders upon shipping is clear as day. If they did care, they wouldve double-boxed itl. I was surprised that the keyboard actually functions. I specifically ordered this keyboard through Amazon because 99% of the time, the products are double-boxed with bubble wrap. There are many other of the same complaints toward Focus Camera LLC made by other dissatisfied customers. Hey, Focus Camera, double-box your customers orders when shipping them out. Seriously, how cheap can you be? That being said, I will never order anything that is even closely associated with your company. Truly disappointed in you! Also, dont try to shift blame like you always do in response to customer complaints. Own up to it and fix the issue. Invest in extra shipping boxes and bubble wrap. Take that small, extra step to ensure that an order is well-protected and will reach the customer in good shape.P.S. Gave you 2 stars because the product actually functions.

      I ordered a small $100 audio interface for my home studio. It arrived used and the packaging torn. Focus camera did not care. Their website auto generated a ***** shipping label for me - which I dropped off the following day. 3 weeks went by and the package still did not deliver - so I reached out to customer service to get an update or advise on what to do next. The agent treated me awful. They said it was my fault. With such a big a company as they are , they need to have a dedicated shipping/receiving support staff. They made me go out of my way to file a lengthy claim with ***** - even though ***** told me they need to do the claim as they purchased the label with their account and any reimbursement would go back to them. Months have gone by with ***** approving the claim and I keep getting told off by the focus camera staff. After some time, the claim was canceled with ***** due to inactivity. Now I am out $125 and thinking about the hundreds of other great companies I could have purchased from. This company is the bottom of the barrel for their vendors, and they receive all of the **stock and defective products from the manufacturers.

      I orderd a receiver bundle pack with speaker wire and plugs from this seller on Amazon. The speaker wire and plugs were not shipped with the receiver. I contacted Amazon and they said contact Focus Camera, LLC. Focus Camera, LLC said they will do nothing and to contact Amazon.Looks like tey are dishonest with their discription so you will buy from them and then s**** you over and wont honor they product. Someone needs to stop the scammers.

      I think they are a bait and switch operation. I ordered and paid for six crossbow arrows as advertised. They shipped me a package of three. There was no explanation as to why this occurred. Fortunately, I got a credit but their customer service was complete garbage not providing any answers or any apologies for the mistake. They did not even offer to send me another pack of three, which I wouldve been happy with. clearly they never had a pack of six and were hoping that they would win by attrition

      I ordered a Honeycomb Alpha Yoke and Bravo Throttle Quadrant on Amazon from these frauds, about $600 order in total. The equipment was advertised as brand new. To my dismay when I finally got the equipment, the boxes were dented, torn, and previously openEd. Components inside the *** packaging were either broken or entirely missing. Internal packaging for small pieces were even open. Very clearly a resell of a used product even though they market the product as brand new. This does not seem to be a unique problem for this company and if they keep it up at this rate, I bet theyll get a pretty little fraud lawsuit dropped on their thick skulls.
