      Placed an order for contacts the order confirmation shows left and right eye but they only sent me a box for the right. This is for my daughter and the first time she has ever warn contact. Fast forward three months I'm wondering why she is out of contacts and found out they only filled half the prescription. I contact customer service and our order clearly shows left and right. I assumed my teenage daughter was being well being a stereotypical teenage girl in complaining about the contacts. **************** was no help emailing me a copy of the order that shows left and right. **************** states its beyond their scope. Funny thing is I actually reached out to reorder the contact and thats when I found out it was wrong. All of this wasted time and bad review could have been fixed with an apology and refund of $18.99. I would have reordered the contacts and they would have made their $18.99 back pretty quickly.

      Made an order but was concerned about the lack of checking prescriptions or the legitimacy of the prescription typed in (It never gave me an option to upload the copy of the prescription). Emailed customer service about their process and never received any response. Decided that was enough to cancel my order immediately and had problems confirming whether or not the transaction was legitimately cancelled. Called the number provided, but it was just an automated response system where there is no chance of reaching an actual human being. Did the email chat and the person I spoke with confirmed the order was cancelled. It just seems like this company does the run around to do cancellations or returns. Do not recommend using this company to get glasses.

      Their 14 day "no questions asked" return policy is a scam. They started counting the "delivery" date when the glasses were received by the random last mile delivery company they hired and not when they arrived at my door. As a result, the only way they'll consider accepting a return due to manufacturing errors is with a doctor's note. Which would almost sound reasonable if not for the fact they were already working from a doctor's note dictating the formulation of my prescription in the first place.I have eye insurance and purchase prescription eyeglasses or sunglasses at least once a year. But it feels like they're going out of their way to discourage any reoccurring business. And, I can't help but wonder if they're not making returns as difficult as possible simply because they know they're delivering a faulty product.

      Absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased the 2 year insurance with a pair of glasses. 2 months after receiving them, the coating applied to the lenses cracked, an obvious manufacturing defect. I contacted them to remedy the situation. It took over 3 weeks and $65 to get a new pair in production. I'm still waiting on them to be made and shipped to me. Their average response time in an email is 5 days, just an absolute joke of customer service. They simply do not care. You're better off paying whatever someone local charges for glasses instead of saving a few bucks with these people.

      Glassesusa.com - Their BOGO is a joke so far.....The first pair of glasses the lenses were wrong and sent them back and the other frames they said were not in stock, so I completely reordered two new frames and they took 2 months after several emails and several calls. The **************** must not follow the email trail to the returns team, or something, because they continually say they don't have my prescription even though I added it to my account online and emailed it to them twice. I placed my first order March 17 and still lack a pair of glasses to date 7/21/22. I paid $247 for their Buy One Get One offer.Today I received an email stating that the Blue frame I ordered is now out of stock, which they pulled on me back in April or May, so I ordered a different frame. It's as if they don't want to honor their BOGO Offer.I just called and was furious, and settled down enough to find one more frame that I could live with and will see if they can take instructions from a CS Rep to fulfill this request. I said if they do not, they can refund my money in FULL. I'm so tired of dealing with incompetency.The only positive is their CS Reps are nice and try to be as helpful as possible. Frankly, I'm not sure why all the miscommunication to fulfillment.

      I submitted a new contact lens order on Monday evening, July 11, 2022 to GlassesUSA. I filled out are fields available, but did not have the actual prescription at hand; however, did enter my eye doctor ******* in the field provided. I paid $12.95 for their fastest shipping method, which was 2-3 business days. Per their site and multiple conversations, a contact lens prescription verification with a doctor should take 2-3 days. Given this formula, I anticipated receiving my contacts BY Thursday, July 21st. However, I noticed over the weekend that my contact order was still showing 'received', but not yet 'in process' or 'shipped'. I tried working through the chat bot, and then ended up calling on that Monday, July 18th, after calling my eye doctor around 2:00 PM on that Monday, at which time they had received no such communication from GlassesUSA regarding my prescription. The account rep at GlassesUSA was polite enough but kept repeating essentially that they were waiting on verification from my eye doctor, which should only take 2-3 days (this is on day 6...), and would ship out by FRIDAY, July 22nd - a full NINE (9) days after initial order! I then explained that this was unacceptable and would need to cancel my order. She placed me on hold and transferred me to her supervisor, *****. ***** assured me that he was looking in to this and would be accountable for ensuring this glitch with the team was resolved and that the contacts would ship out first thing Tuesday morning, with the understanding that I would otherwise be cancelling my order. At 10:00 on Tuesday morning, with no communication as promised regarding the status of my contact order, and the site showing still simply 'received', I cancelled my order. Mind you, I was charged already and now have to wait ********************************************************** process! HORRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT FOR ANY REASON.

      Terrible!!! Please stay away from this company. They sent my glasses without the prescription. I returned the glasses and I am still waiting a month later for a refund despite my refund being approved.

      The absolute worse customer service with untrustworthy bait and switch practices. I was sent a faulty frame that I needed to return. I was then was told that the frame I originally choose was out of stock but that I could choose any other frame, as long as it wasn't a premium brand. I followed the guidelines I was given and choose a replacement frame, but was then told that it couldn't be fulfilled because I had to choose a frame that was within the price of my original. I provided the email correspondence that showed that I was told to "choose any frame at no extra cost" but they refused to honour it. It was futile and I was then forced to accept a store credit.Over several days I contacted customer service and never received a satisfactory response. After my last correspondence I waited several more days and still do not receive. These are lenses that are necessary so I caved in and used the store credit provided but ended up having to spend extra for a replacement lenses Yes, I HAD TO PAY EXTRA after they originally sent me a faulty frame [this is where the bait and switch comes in].I will never do business with this company again and will tell everyone to run as far away as possible.

      I ordered prescription sunglasses on July 2nd. By July 5th they were shipped. The expected delivery date was July 13th. For 3 days now, the delivery status says mis shipped and were sent to ********** when my address is ************. I contacted customer service twice and the only thing they could tell me was to keep checking my email for delivery updates. No one can tell me when I may get my order or why they were shipped to **********. No one would forward to me to anyone who could help. Their only explanation was that some addresses are invalid and have the wrong house number. Call me crazy, but I dont think thats what happened here. So my order is completely lost, no updates, no explanation, nothing. I requested a refund but was told they would forward that to another department. I absolutely will not order from this company again. For how much we pay for the product, you think they would use a better delivery service than ***. And I have no doubt Ill have issues with a refund if I even get one. Absolutely unbelievable.
