      I ordered contacts and waited the stated shipping time, **** business days with no delivery. If you choose standard delivery GlassesUSA sends your package via *** to your local **** for them to deliver to your address. When your package isn't delivered and you contact your local **** you need their tracking number NOT the one from ***. When I didn't receive my contacts I contacted GlassesUSA via the website chat to request this information. The person on the chat advised me they would forward my issue to the shipping department and I needed to wait 24- 48 hours for them to send me an email with the requested information. They sent me an email alright, an email with a link to the website with my original order information that showed the *** tracking number. USELESS!I contacted GlassesUSA again, advising them my package has not been delivered and that I would like another order shipped to me. I was told my order was still in transit and not lost but they would send my issue to another department and I needed to wait ***** hours for an email. Never got a response from that department. I contacted GlassesUSA for the third time and AGAIN was told they would forward my issue to the shipping department. I did get an email within 24 hours stating my package must be delayed. REALLY, you think so? This department asked for me to complete an RMA form with a link to said form. First, I don't work for you so I don't know what your acronyms/abbreviations stand for. Second, this form didn't let me know how long it takes for GlassesUSA to determine whether my package is actually lost. When I completed the form for a refund it stated I would receive it within **** business days. Since they don't follow the stated delivery time I don't expect my refund within the stated timeframe either. What I learned, the person on the chat can not answer or help with anything except when your order has shipped. Other than that, they forward your issue to another depart

      I love buying glasses from Glasses USA! I have about 8 pairs from them. The operators are always patient, considerate, helpful and knowledgeable about their product.

      I recently purchased 2 pair of glasses from glassesusa. One was a pair for my regular rx and one was sunglasses with my rx. Both were exactly what I had been looking for and I was totally pleased with both. Prices were great and ordering was easy. I had one question and I spoke with a representative that was readily available. Great experience.

      I think the overall rating of 2.07 out of 5 is too low. I was skeptical at first, I had received the information about the company from my next door neighbor and after placing my order the delivery was late and I was worried. My glasses arrived, be it 2 days later than predicted, but they were everything they promised!!! I see so much better now compared to my old glasses. They are progressive lenses and work perfectly for driving and reading. I love the frames and the overall look of the glasses. I paid less than half the price of my previous glasses which had all the same features and I like the look of these better. I rated these glasses 4 out of 5, if they had arrived on time and not given me a scare they would have received a 5. I will certainly be getting my next pair of glasses from this company.Regards, *************************

      This was my second pair of glasses with glasses USA and honestly the shipping and processing time got way faster in just a year! It is still the great quality and its affordable !

      Purchased contacts several weeks ago and can not wear the left one. Either it is damaged or wrong curve. Cant get in touch with anyone to talk to tell them about my issue. I have been wearing contacts for over 40 years and this is the first time I ever had issues. Frustrated that I cant wear them since I received them!

      Say them on the internet. Said if i gave my email I would get a coupon. I got the coupon for 65% off and free shipping. But on every pair of glasses I tried to use it on I got a message that said the code was invalid. But I could have 25% off instead. What a ripoff. The glasses i chose were not on sale or clearance either. It would actually be cheaper if I got them at the store at this rate.

      I have purchased 3 pairs of glasses so far. The first pair are fine. The second pair, the screw on the lens frame kept falling off (Ralph Lauren brand BTW). I literally had to buy an eye glass repair kit to keep replacing the screw. Fine, Im dealing with it. THEN, my scratch proof lens, scratched. Yup, scratched. Tried to get a hold of Glasses USA to see my options since I paid extra for scratch proof. 800# is a phone tree, that refers me back to the website, then hangs up. Yup, hangs up on me. I use the website and key in the info it requests, and the site tells me, that I have no order or account. Fine, ...finally get a hold of a person and they tell me they will email me a link so I can get store credit on my next purchase. Guess what, I never get a link sent. Fine, so I order another pair because I really need my glasses (I know, Im a *******), but I was optimistic. I leave an HONEST review of their lack of service and difficulty getting some sort of refund or credit, and guess what, I was FINALLY sent the link. So far, no response 8 weeks later. NOW, my last pair came already PRE-SCRATCHED. FINE!!!!!! Ya, Im done!!!!!!! BUYER BE WARE!!!!!!

      This company is impossible to deal with. They will not communicate with you and leave it to their poor agents to handle questions and complaints of baffled customers. I order glasses , sent my prescription, gave them my credit card and was given a time frame. Then, nothing happened. When I called to find out where my glasses were in the process, no one knew anything. They promised I would hear from someone who could tell me about my glasses but I did not. they requested supervisors get involved and I would hear from them in 24 hours. Then it became ************************************************************************************* No one did. They just leave the phone agents to deal with the mess the business is obviously in. They take orders they cannot fill and have no idea where in the process the orders are. Even their chat feature which they request you use, does not recognize my order number. This is a terrible business. ***** *
