      I ordered a music book with online audio. They sent me one with CDs They could not understand that they had sent me the wrong book They kept repeating it was in line with used condition They could not comprehend they had sent the wrong book, one I had not ordered I could barely understand whoever it was I was speaking to ****************

      Automatically charged money without notification. That's how they make money after you rent from them due to a cheaper price. I won't use their service anymore. Use Chegg or smth else instead.

      I paid extra money for 2 day express shipping and never received my textbook. No one has reached out to me. This is a horrible company and customers should read all reviews before purchasing textbooks from them. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Try ******, *******, ******* *****, and other honest companies to purchase items from.

      They are greedy company who likes to label a lot of authentic books as counterfeit. They'll also reduce what they pay for 2 same books, eventhough it's in separate shipments. They are crappy company and always trying to find every excuse they can to not pay you pr reduce payment as much as possible. Booksrun is the only one i ever have too many issues with. Gave them way too many chances. Never Again! Beware!!!

      Don't sell your books to them. They took the most expensive book from the buyback and claimed it was "counterfeit". Claimed they would take 3 weeks to authenticate and pay me if it was deemed authentic. When I followed up with customer support it was clear there was no authentication scheme and it was a way for them to save money and get free books for disbursement. Then said they couldn't return it because of their return policy. Don't support this deceptive company and sell your books elsewhere.

      I rented a book from Booksrun and they have charged extra pay $70.69 for the damage of the book after rental return. This was not my fault at all, because I did not know what would happen during the transit to Booksrun. The transit employee may throw the book too harsh and it could cause severe damage to the book. Their policy is the book must return with its original state no refund for the extra pay, I was speechless at that time and did not take any pictures at all. At first I received the book in a worn and torn state, I was so careless and naive that I did not take any pictures to claim my clarity that I did not tear the book cover and edges. I recommend not to rent or buy books from Booksrun.com under any conditions. PLEASE!!!!! They are not caring at all, all they do is trying to take their customers money!!!!!!! They first sent a used book but then the book came in torn and worn book. This is unacceptable!!!!!

      This company is a scam! They claimed my book was counterfeit and would not return it. The book was purchased from the bookstore through my college university so I know it was authentic. Do not use this company.
