    Estoy complacida con la compra en Jomashop.com, los productos son autnticos , el envo es seguro y su costumer service es efectivo. Puede pedir que lo atiendan en espaol y ellos se complacen en servirle. Si existe alguna situacin con un envo ellos se contactan inmediatamente con Uds.

    I have now purchased 2 new Breitling watches from ********. Had a great experience with both purchases. Both watches arrived in perfect condition and well packaged. You can tell by the Jomshop tags and stickers with dates on them that when you place your order Jomashop willl pull them from inventory the next day and inspect, check operation,and tag them. then they get shipped. I know they check the operation because i live only a couple hundred miles from their warehouse so when the watch ships i get it the next day and its running when i get it. I appreciate that they do this because returning stuff by mail/shipping takes so long so taking the extra steps like this to make sure you are getting a flawless working timepiece is great! I also called them in regards to my last purchase to see if they has price guaranty because the day i received it went on sale another $100. They emailed me instructions to use a third party for the price guaranty, which I never experienced before anywhere, but, the process was easy and about a week later a got a check in the mail for the $100. I would definitely use ******** again, They have great prices and as already stated both my items arrived in perfect condition.

    My experience with this company is terrible! I placed an order May 24, 2025, today is June 03, 2025. I'm expected to receive one out of two items June 04, 2025. You can't reach anyone in customer service! The business opens at 0900 EST , but when you call it says they're closed. How are they even in business!

    I just spoke with an absolutely disgusting representative from Jomashop who was so prideful, and so very disrespectful. I asked her why I hadnt heard anything update and asked her if she had an update on my order and stated over and over that its because of Jomashops 5-8 business day shipping, stated she was correcting me. I stated to her that I believe the reason I hadnt heard anything from ******** regarding 1 of the 2 orders I placed is because they didnt have it in inventory which she floundered around before actually admitting and when I told her giving information to customers is a better method than throwing company policies at people she stated she wouldnt go around in a circle with me and hung up while I was speaking. *** purchased many many orders with Jomashop and Ive turned others onto them; going forward I will never make another purchase with ******** and I will warn others to not purchase from them. The customer service is absolutely diabolical

    It was good until it wasn't...I placed order and because they sent me just a part of this I disputed missing item after some time. Then it started...Hope Matechick from ******** started to call my private phone, send me emails etc..I withdraw the disput because goods were delivered eventually. He started to intimidate me and got really aggressive because he wanted to send me money by some crappy form....Wow! It made me thinking about professionalism, trustworthiness and personal culture of workers put so high in their hierarchy....I'm taking my money some other places like FRWD or else....BEWARE!

    I received a fake Lattafa Rave Now pink perfume. I called customer service on Friday May 23rd, 2025 at 3 pm. When I talked with the lady, she asked for my order number which I gave to her right away. She told me my refund went to my ******. I said oh, let me check. Before I could find it, she hung up on me! Yes, i did receive my refund. However, I dont think I took much of her time. She only spent about two minutes with me on the phone. Keep in mind, I waited about a half hour for my turn. So, I know a lot of people are calling needing help. She was very rude. You don't just hang up on a someone. I'm very disappointed in Jomashops customer service. Dont like shopping here. ??

    0 Star: My order was canceled My order was canceled, and jomashop.com didn't notify me of their cancelation either via email or text. I waited for my package to arrive for a week per their estimated delivery date, and the package didn't arrive as promised. Then I logged on to their website to find out that my order was canceled. I purchase items online quite a lot for many years I've never had an issue like this before. I strongly recommend not buying anything from these clowns. You will regret it if you do! BY the way, even if you opt out from their emails at the time of purchase and willingly pay a higher price for your item, you still get an inundation of emails!
