    I bought a brand new $4500 watch from Jomashop close to a month ago. I was suppose to receive a $500 trade in credit, and I still have not received it. Zalman, the guy in charge of the trade in, acknowledged it and said he was ready to process the trade in, but he has not done so. I sent the watch in before I received my watch. The watch I received also had a scratch when I got it. It took weeks for the customer service team to acknowledge and then process a $100 refund for the scratch. I had to send and re-send pictures several times. I may seek legal action to recover the value of the trade in. I do not recommend purchasing an expensive watch from Jomashop or attempting to trade in a watch.

    I have bought a number of Swiss watches from this company over the years. Have always been satisfied. Products are authentic and well priced, especially if one takes advantage of their promotions. Only returned one watch once and that went very smoothly too. I will continue to shop here.

    Ordered a discontinued fragrance. (was happy they had it) Was charged. A couple days later, I received an email stating the item was not in stock. They refunded my money.A couple days later, their site had the fragrance listed as available again. For more money.Didnt order. I just dont trust their process.

    I've made multiple watch purchases from Jomashop one of which was an Omega Speedmaster. My buying experience has been smooth and hassle-free. Jomashop offers one of the best selections and most attractive prices in the market today. Even if other reviewers have noted a few hiccups here and there, I haven't had any unpleasant experience with Jomashop and I'm confident I won't have any for future purchases.     I have ordered 2 watches, some sunglasses, and some other smaller items from Jomashop and have been very pleased with the purchases and the condition in which the items arrived (not dented up from careless warehouse work). I surf the site regularly looking for deals and I am yet to find a website that consistently offers a bedder deal. When I buy from Jomashop I am confident I have the best price out there. My only recommendation is to watch your cart once you start to checkout because it sometimes updates to show the item is 3-5 weeks out.

    Totally happy, bought 2 Omega watches. Prices were great. Total spend was just over 11k , was nervous spending so much on a company I have never used. They were both on sale for Fathers Day. Totally happy with my purchase.

    Ordered Sunglasses.I have received the exact item I had ordered. Pricing was very competitive, shipping time was as described (free shipping / took 4 business days). Packaging etc. industry standard.Based on this experience I would order again.
