    I decided to try komashop out for the first time. I bought a bottle of Amouage and I put expidited shipping and insurance 2 day shipping. Well it has been 6 days I checked tracking and its all screwed up. So I called jomashop and asked them where my package is. They told me that it shipped from their location after that they are not responsible after that and said make a claim not even a sorry or how can we make this right. They sure took my ****** right away now they say its not there problem, has anyone else had this problem

    Bought a ******* **** moonphase through them. It stopped working after 3 months and they serviced it. When it came back, it had a gigantic gash in the back of the case. And I mean a deep gash (that was obviously not there before I sent it in, and Ive got the pics to prove it). Whats laughable is that they included some crappy cologne in the package when they sent the watch back to me. I guess they were trying to make up for the damage.I know the prices seem great, but you get what you pay for. They are truly substandard and I will never buy from them again. Im part of a watch club and nearly every member had a Jomashop horror story. Dont get lured in by the cheap prices. They are truly awful!!

    ******** has great prices, but be warned that their customer service will be completely worthless and dismissive if something goes wrong on a shipment. I ordered a watch through them and the tracking showed never received/accepted by ****. When I try to get help from Jomashop, telling them for weeks that it doesn't look like the post office has my order, they just reply with bots telling me to wait and then file a claim with the post office. Hope I can solve this issue on my own as Jomashop seems like they've washed their hands of my dilemma.

    Placed an order for a watch. Nothing on the website stated it was not in stock or on backorder. Inquired a couple times on order with specific questions on status and kept getting generic "it's being processed" response and no specific answers to the questions being asked. After reading the reviews others have posted, I have cancelled my order and advise against others trusting this "company."

    They have the best prices for the products they sell. The shipments are usually on time and quick. They have a great selection of fragrances on their website

    I want to warn others that if there is any issues with an order you try and return you can forget getting any help from customer service. They are not reachable and they will find some excuse to charge you a restocking charge. Had I not disputed the charge on my credit card company I will still be trying to get my money. I traded in a watch that took some time for them to send me the money for it. Cheaper is not always better. Buyer beware.

    ******** has the best prices! They do not increase the suggested retail price and then add a discount to trick the consumer into believing that they are offering you a huge discount, like some other online merchants.Their discounted price is off the suggested retail price. Shipping is always fast and reliable.

    I have placed an order almost a month ago and it was not received and every time I have called customer service they will tell me it may take up to 2 weeks. Last customer service *** start yelling at me and then hung up the phone after I told her I really need to get this resolved and dont want any explanation. I have not yet seen anything like that in my life. Its joke not a ***utable company.

    ******** customer service. I ordered five bottles of colonge they delivered four and they told me that the next one will be delivered in a couple of days. When I track my package I saw that it was returned to the sender when I call them to inquire about why it wasn't delivered they told me that the carrier couldn't find my address because there were no apartment # I ask what you mean you'll delivered part of my order two days ago and that should've been with the order in the first place I order all the same time and you'll delivered part of the order two days ago so they can't find my address, they said it was a different carrier when I try to talk to them they said goodbye and hang up on me Icall back about four times to encounter the same nasty and disrespectful behavior from customer service, I call back again to ask them to put my money back into my account they told me that when the package reach back to their wearhouse then I'll get my money and hang up on me again I never had the product or see tne product but they refuse to refund me back my money .That was a gift and I never received it and had to go and spend more money again to get a gift ,I spent over $200 and these people are so disrespectful I don't know how they're still in business they have my address in their system with all of the information so when the carrier call or contacted them and said they don't have my apartment # they could've given it to them up to the time of writing this they still have my money.
