    Don't buy anything from jomashop these ******* ****** ** **** are scumbags .scammers I purchased 2 colognes from them a day later said that order was canceled after they withdraw the money they said I was gonna get my refund 24 hours later its been a week and I haven't received my refund I'm gonna take a legal action against them

    rated a two because they don't have a 1.5 Bought a new Tissot mechanic pocket watch and had it sent overnight to make sure it had minimal transit time. Wound it 20 times, set the time and...dead. 5 minutes later one cog in the back started turning and after another 5 minutes, still no hands were turning. Jomashop is without excuse to send a non-working watch. Yes, they have a smooth return policy, half star for that, but my money is now tied ** in the refund AND I have to pay for the return transportation. In one transaction they have lost a customer for life.

    I was bamboozled they advertised 2 day shipping through fed ex which I paid for but they turned around and shipped my 300 dollar order through *** who has issues delivering packages to my address so now I'm not confident I will even receive the order I have yet to hear back from them

    I have purchased a few swiss watches from Jomashop. Each time the watch was shipped with no issues, the items were received in excellent condition with all of the proper paperwork. Their customer service has been prompt to answer any questions I had and their website and pricing match what is promised.

    Great prices due to grey market availability. The Oris watch I bought was a bargain. I found that watch companies do not warranty their items bought through Jomashop since they arent authorized dealers, Jomashop doesnt tell you that. They warranty their watches for two years through them, as an internal service. Since my watch was running fast, I asked about an adjustment under their warranty. Emailed them, they never responded. They did send a survey how my service experience was; when I told them it was lousy and no one ever responded, crickets. Still no responses. Long hold times on their service phones, no one ever picks up.Bottom line, great prices. But, if theres a problem, youre on your own. Service is non-existent.
