      This company is a scam. I purchased a template that suggested pics were included (as is the case with other companies Ive used) and they were not. When I contact customer service to dispute the charge they emailed me a false explanation for why the co. Wouldnt refund me the product. This is bait and switch and illegal. See the other 1 star reviews below and avoid them. Their products and customer service are terrible.

      I have been a customer of ********************** since 2008 and as a website designer with well over 50 purchases from them, I can say hands down they are the best. The support offered is far beyond what other theme developers offer and the team knows their stuff. I read some of these bad reviews and I highly suspect these are past customers with little to no understanding of website design. Templates and themes are not a fool-proof way to design a website. However, with a little understanding and patience, TemplateMonster themes and templates should leave you with a great-looking website. Keep up the great work guys and as always, I will be back!Website Wizards of *********

      I have been working with ***** L for almost 10 projects already and I have to praise him for each and everyone of them. I am amazed about how Template Monster finds a solution always. I've had easy implementations and only one time we had a major set back, but even during that time ***** was on top of everything until we came to a successful completion. I highly recommend Template Monster and will encourage anyone looking into this type of solutions to stop shopping around and get Template Monster ASAP.
