  Purchased ****** ****** aeron size B. took my money and never shipped in 1.5 months. emailed them multiple times and they said "will come next week" it never shipped. Fraudulent business. Embarrassing when you ****** ****** ****** refurbished its the first page that pops up.

  It seems unnecessary to pile on what's already an F rating, but I'm submitting this only to warn people that they continue to take your $$, promising you that they have chairs in stock but giving you no *** on delivery, only delay tactics if you try to contact them. They also don't write back on their website but divert it to your email, as if that's going to help their reviews (which, as someone says below, are clearly not real). Save yourself time and buy elsewhere. Their prices are good, but there's a reason they are so low. It's a scam to take your money while they do next to nothing but frustrated people and waste their time. I've canceled my order and disputed the charge on my credit card. Here's hoping...

  I wish I had had the sense to search Seating Mind on BBB before I placed my order. They are an ***** company. Ordered a chair, they charged my credit card - but week after week after week they didn't ship the chair. They repeatedly promised shipping by a certain date - never happened. Finally they promised to ship it nearly THREE MONTHS after charging my credit card. How clever! Three months is the deadline to dispute the charge with your credit card company! I wonder how many people they RIP OFF with this delay tactic? I filed a complaint with my credit card company at that point and was able to obtain the credit on my card. Wow. Can't imagine the nerve to operate a fake business in this fashion in the age of the internet. "F" rating is TOO HIGH. Also of note: you don't know you are getting a "repurposed" chair until you dive deep into their website under ********************* And there you have it: six paragraphs in, toward the bottom of the page, there's this: "All chairs are refurbished unless otherwise specified." WHAT A SCAM.

  Purchased and returned a chair (the specifics are inline with what others are saying...poor quality, slow shipping, etc.). It has been months of going back and forth with customer service to get my refund. They have "attempted" to refund me twice and both times i has sat in the pending phase for almost 2 weeks, then has been rejected. Which my financial instution has shared means that it is not clearing from their bank. Luckily, I went to my credit card company and was able to get a refund, but I think it is unconscionable that this "business" gets to keep the product and the nearly $400 that I paid.

  **Please read the reviews before wasting your money with this company!!! Any good review is bogus * probably written by a friend. The narcissism of this man to respond to bad reviews and defend his actions is mind boggling! No self awareness. Give it up buddy * stop opening new companies to hide your bad business ethics. You can't run away from yourself. There is zero chance anyone is going to get a good product from you. Take the *** and move on guys. Running a business is not in your DNA. We see you.

  I am hoping that the potential purchaser of this company will stop by BBB to read the reviews before your purchase. I purchased a ************************* Aeron chair four years ago from this company and recently noticed that the chair's height cannot be adjusted (not up or down). The product is supposed to have a 12 year warranty. I sent emails to their customer service and support team. First of all, it takes them many days to send a response back, then they asked me to email them the video. A week later, they told me that this was not covered under the warranty. What is covered in the warranty? I wish I read reviews from others prior to my purchase. This is a scam. In retrospect, I should have bought one directly from *************************.

  Ordered a chair on 2/2. They billed my card immediately. Then the silence. three weeks later I contact customer service, they tell me "it will ship in 5 weeks"! Fiver weeks! Now it is six weeks later, still no updates and nothing shipped. Had to despite the charges with my credit card company. This business is just a criminal scam.

  Hope you are here on BBB before your purchase.Do not proceed with your purchase as this company is a fraud (also evident from the numerous reviews). No status update on the order and emailing the company is fruitless as they keep on giving the run around.This company should totally be banned from business.

  There isn't a 0 star, otherwise would give them only that. This company is a total fraud. You will not get your chair at least for a month.. When you get it, it will be broken.. Talk to them to return it, and they will ask you to send photos as evidence.. They take their own time in acknowledging your return merchandise. The issue is they don't seem to issue any refund though they send a PayPal screenshot that they had issued a refund. The catch is one can't dispute this transaction via the credit card company if the transaction is more than ***** days old.. So you just lost all your money without receiving anything in return or with a product that is useless. This company should be banned and the ownsers should be put behind bars for their fraudulent practices.

  We purchased a BRAND NEW ************************* Aero chair from this company in May 2023. The pnuematics are leaking and so we tried to contact them for help.I sent 10 messages to them through their website I sent 12 emails to them requested assistence I called them and left them 8 voicemails asking for help.It is clear that these guys are scammers. No one answers their phones and their customer support is non-existent. Legal methods will be used next.Scam artist who I hope get caught and do some serious time for defrauding people. I wish we would have looked here first and we never would have purchased ANYTHING from these scammers.Buyer BEWARE!
