      I would give 0 stars. Ordered a chair that was clearly defective - tried to work with customer service to get it fixed or returned. I spent weeks sending pictures, videos, emails and tried everything they suggested to make it work. They strung me along until the end of the 30 day return window and they hit me with a 20% restocking fee because I "refused to fix and just chose to return." Total nonsense and I tried on 6 occasions to be put in touch with a manager or supervisor in customer service and they refused to do so. Do not buy from this company.

      We purchased Herman Miller chairs from this company a few months ago. They took a solid month to arrive, despite the claims they were in stock. Two days ago the seat on one of the chairs broke. We wrote requesting a warranty repair or replacement as per the Herman Miller warranty "ALL parts except for consumables, are covered for 6 months" and we have only had the chairs 5 months. Their reply was that "the Herman Miller warranty does not cover this" and "Even if it was covered, these days ordering parts can take many months" and they sent me a link to ****** telling me to purchase a knock-off replacement part manufactured by ****** (though they claim it is not a knock-off). I then went to contact the manufacturer, Herman Miller, in hopes of obtaining the warranty repair through them. The first step is to send them the information off the manufacturing label on the bottom of the chair. It turns out, none of the six chairs we purchased have the label. I then checked the list of authorized dealers and realized Office Chair At Work is not one of them. So now I cannot even hope to pursue warranty replacement through the manufacturer, "Because Herman Miller can’t guarantee the condition or authenticity of the components used by unauthorized resellers, these products wouldn’t be covered by Herman Miller’s warranty."

      If i could give Seating Mind (**) no stars, I would. Back in August, I ordered an Aeron from **. The web said it was in stock and ready to ship. ** immediately charged my credit card for the chair. After 3 weeks, I had heard nothing from **. I emailed. ** said it would be another 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, ** said it would be another 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, ** said another 2 weeks. I bought a chair from another vendor and I canceled the order with **. Then, about a week later, ** delivered the chair that I had ordered months before. I sent the chair back to ** (because i had bought a chair from another dealer). Now, ** refuses to refund my payment, and is not answering emails. Judging from the reviews, ** strings everyone along. Some have written that the business is a fraud or a scam. That seems to be the ** business model.Do not buy from this company.

      I had purchased a refurbished office chair for $650 but what I received was a damaged and used chair instead. I worked with their customer service to confirm return of the chair for full refund, but once the chair was sent back they just kept telling me to expect the refund within 3-5 business days. It is now a month later and I did not receive a refund. I am now going through the process of disputing the charge with my bank as they have left me no choice by lying 3 times that the refund was being processed. Each and every time I followed up with them that I did not receive the refund, and they still did nothing except send me the same story about processing my refund in 3-5 business days.Here is the timeline of events for a clear understanding of the situation:6/7 - Chair is ordered 7/13 - Chair is delivered, I contact customer support about the condition of the chair (damaged seat, broken front tilt, unpleasant smell, missing screws)7/14 to 7/19 - I sent a series of emails to customer service with pictures and videos regarding condition, they finally agreed to honor their own policy and provided me the return label.7/25 - Chair is delivered back per *** tracking.7/27 - I follow up to check on status of refund.7/28 - **************** emails back to confirm refund is being processed and will show ** in 3-5 business days.8/8 - I follow up to check on the refund as I didn't get one yet.8/9 - I send another follow up to try to get a response, they reply and state the same exact message that refund is being processed and will show ** in 3-5 business days.8/9 - I follow up with my concern about the same message, trying to find out if it's being processed at all.8/11 - **************** follows up and says I will see my refund in a day or two.8/15 - I follow up again asking about my refund.8/16 - I follow up again trying to get any info.8/17 - **************** says refund will show up by end of the week.8/22 - I let them know I am disputing the charge.

      I received an empty box! And when I emailed customer support they were unresponsive and would not issue a refund or send what I had ordered. I provided a video of the *** driver carrying a box that had been ripped open and re-taped. They ignored. When I said I was going to contact my cc company they said "If you cancel your payment, we will post everywhere online that your business buys merchandise and then claims it was stolen and cancels payment".

      I made purchase and once it was completed I was quotes up to 14 business days for my item to ship which I was not happy with.It's been 12 business days and my item has not shipped. More concerning is that nobody answers their phone line, and nobody responds to support requests submitted through their website.It's been 3 days now of trying to get help with my order and no response. It really feels like I am getting scammed here.
